    Transformation & Change: Change Network Leader - Senior Manager

    Job Description
    Main Purpose of Job

    • To support the Transformation & Change leadership in the design and implementation of the strategic plan and through the effective management of teams with a specific focus on leading the Change Network across Africa
    • As a senior manager in the Transformation & Change Team you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of an Africa wide Change Network.  This will include establishing effective communication structures, escalation structures, learning structures, monitoring structures across these Africa Network.

    The change network will be responsible to lead effective Change including but not limited to:

    •          DWW Deployment
    •          Omnia Deployment
    •          Digital Deployment
    •          Small, Non Complex Audit Initiatives
    •          Levvia Deployment
    •          Project Management Deployment

    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Honours BCom Accounting Degree

    Desired Qualifications

    • Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)

    Minimum Experience

    • 7 years working experience & Registered CA

    Desired Experience

    • 5 years in a client facing role; 3 of these in a management role

    Transformation & Change: Content Manager

    Job Description
    Main Purpose of Job

    • Specialist in delivering information and knowledge in line with the broader strategic plan for Audit Evolution & Enablement (AE&E). This role is to ensure the successful performance of your team, focusing on reviewing and ensuring high quality, be effective at operational line management and contribute to continuous improvement.
    • Works with Global Audit & Assurance business stakeholders to maintain and publish technical materials to audit (Omnia, EMS) and research platforms (Technical Library).
    • Plays a key role in the development of our next generation information and knowledge management system.
    • Provides content that is used by all Deloitte Audit Practitioners in the execution of Audit & Assurance engagements in Africa.
    • Coordinates with our Global and member firm stakeholders to create and release new and updated content, which may be localized for each country in Africa.

    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

    • A professional accounting qualification (CA or equivalent)

    Minimum Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience leading and delivering audit services, preferably over various audit engagements

    Transformation & Change – Deployment Manager

    Job Description
    Main Purpose of Job

    • AE&E (Audit Enablement & Evolution) forms part of Audit & Assurance National Office together with A&A (Auditing & Accounting Technical) and AARM (Audit & Assurance Risk Management)
    • AE&E is a dynamic, agile team that focuses on enabling audit teams to transform their thinking and ways of working to align to the Global initiatives of a digitized audit of the future.

    AE&E operates in the following areas:

    • Digital Sensing and Certification
    • Analytics Capabilities & Skill
    • Knowledge Management
    • Audit Delivery Centres,
    • Audit Transformation
    • Technology Enablement and
    • Deployment and Adoption Strategy & Planning which includes amongst others
    • Learning Strategy, Design & Development (from trainee to Partner Levels)
    • Facilitation of training
    • Communication within the audit practice

    As a Deployment Manager, your role will primarily focus on the following:

    •          Facilitation of milestone and ad hoc training courses based on business need.
    •          Programme management of milestone and ad hoc training courses based on business need.
    •          Deployment strategic initiatives
    •          Development/ creation of training content, in conjunction with respective subject matter experts.
    •          Monitoring and compliance assessments for mandatory learning requirements.
    •          Communications with trainees in the form of Notice Boards.
    •          Building a network of key relationships across Africa.
    •          Working with multiple teams in the Listed and Private space to promote transformation initiatives.
    •          A small audit portfolio (1-2 engagements depending on size)
