Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Clover Café, Rations Store, Clover Shop, Call Centre and Tuckshops
- Supply refreshments, kitchen services and menu meals
- Order and manage stock
- Oversee Clover functions
- Conduct administrative duties and controls
- Reconcile financial transactions and report to Finance
- Maintain high hygiene standards
- Supervise staff to ensure that hygiene standards are applied
- Coordinate the quarterly deep cleaning
- Ensure compliance to the annual Hygiene audit
- Schedule six weekly pest control
Manage the ordering and delivery of Clover products
- Collect monthly electronic orders of HO staff
- Order the products from nearby branches
- Control and reconcile placed orders and deliveries
- Arrange collection of orders
Manage staff
- Ensure that all Clover Café workers are properly trained, re-trained and adhere to standard operating procedure
- Ensure frequent and regular communication with customers at the Café
- Encourage team work and a positive work climate
- Implement leave policy and manage overtime
- Implement the disciplinary and grievance procedure where applicable
