    Main purpose of job:

    Commercial Technician George - ( Security Alarms)

    Overall Purpose of the job:

    • Be able to do the installation of electronic equipment for the security industry at commercial and industrial premises from Alarms, Access control, CCTV, Fire, Installation, Wiring, Commissioning

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

    • The aim of a Monitoring Centre Associate I is to handle incoming signals and the monitoring of all Response and Patrol resources.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

    IR Officer

    The overall purpose of this position is to manage the Industrial Relations. It includes the handling of Disciplinary Hearings, Grievances, CCMA/Labour Court matters and ensure that proper procedure is followed within.

    This position will also report directly to the Regional Manager and Regional IR Manager. You will also be required to work closely with Branch Managers.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Clear criminal record.
    • PSIRA accredited with Grade B. (Preferably).
    • Preferably Knowledge of the Security Industry & Sectoral Determination and at least 3 years’ experience in the IR /HR field.
    • Diploma /degree in relation to IR /HR field. (Preferably)
    • Valid driver’s license and must have own transport.
    • Resides in Pretoria or willing to re-locate.
    • Be prepared to travel, this will not be a single office-based position.
    • 3 years IR / ER management role /experience in CCMA.
    • Conducting of CCMA / Bargaining Council Arbitrations with a successful track record
    • Must be conversant with LRA, BCEA Skills, Occupational Health & Safety
    • Exposure to Trade Union & Bargaining Councils
    • Handling of union issues.
    • Must be multilingual.

    Job Description

    • A vacancy exists for a Site Manager at one of our Sites based in the Middelburg area. The position will report to the Branch Manager, respectively.
