    Business Analyst

    Key Purpose

    • Within the Care and Claims system area, the Business Analyst must work to understand the overall business need, define the requirements, document the requirements using various approaches such as use cases then decompose the requirements to a sufficient level of detail allowing the implementation team to take action.

    Social Media Marketing Manager

    Key Purpose

    To support the Social media team by creating and managing all social media content and strategies that enable business to meet their objectives by:

    Job purpose

    Overview

    The Business Intelligence (BI) Systems Analyst is responsible for defining, designing, implementing and documenting processes, tools, methodologies and frameworks for collecting and managing data effectively throughout its life cycle, from source through to finalised business insights. 

    Responsibilities

    • The BI Systems Analyst must understand the entire data landscape in order to ensure that solutions are implemented in a sustainable manner.

    Java Developer (Senior)

    Key Purpose

    • We are seeking a developer responsible for building and supporting applications. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these layers of our applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.     • Assist the Test Analyst in ensuring that a comprehensive test pack is produced, which includes all the required scenarios.
    • Verify that the completed software meets the established standards and is fit for purpose.
    • Review the risk / impact of defects found in testing, prioritize and ensure that the priority is accurate.

    Risk and Release Management:

    • Conform to the Build and Release cycles.
    • Provide timeous support to the Quality Assurance Team when issues arise during testing.
    • Handle all outstanding defects.
    • Production Support and Root Cause management:
    • Ensure that the root cause of system errors are effectively analysed and prioritized for fixing.
