    Client Executive BFSI

    • The Client Executive for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) is focused on executing our go-to-market strategy on a daily basis, leading relationships with clients and key other role players in the ecosystem(s) to ensure we introduce and avail all relevant Wipro offerings to unlock collective growth. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate a bias and commitment for value creation, delivering outcomes that generate growth for key clients and Wipro.
    • Operate as a client advocate, interested and even passionate about the markets and clients we work with.
    • Proactively engage to initiate relationships or expand and deepen pre-existing relations. Engage client stakeholders evidencing empathy, seeking to develop trust-based relations and acting as an advisor to C-Suite and managing relationships across all levels of the client organisation.

     Requirements

    Experience –

    • 10+ years consulting/IT strategy & services/outsourcing experience including minimum of 5+ years related to leading a client account.

    Qualifications –

    • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy, Business, Technology, or similar is essential. Postgraduate degree or MBA preferable.

    Functional Skills –

    • Sector Knowledge: Extensive understanding of client market and industry in relation to role players, positioning (brand, products/services, etc.), competitor considerations, strategic objectives and interests.
    • Relationship Management: Demonstrated record of forging meaningful relationships and networks within client organisations, tracking and communicating status for defined targets and goals. In addition, ability to secure commitment to digitally led, transformational initiatives preferable.
    • Business Development: Experience selling and delivering discreet strategic, as well as large scale transformational engagements.
    • Market Exposure: Must have worked across Africa markets. South Africa is essential, and others preferable i.e., Egypt, Kenya, Mauritius, Nigeria, Zambia.
    • Solutions: Demonstrated leadership in innovating, including experience in informing or developing next-generation offerings and/or driving modernisation.

    Leadership:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to present messages in a simple and compelling manner.
    • Experience in client account P&L ownership, and proven to drive revenue growth via market coverage, relationship management, sales excellence, and account development.
    • Confident, objective and fair in preparing for and handling interactions to negotiate and achieve targets.

    Lead Solution Architect (Cloud & Managed Services)

    Job Description
    Position Summary:

    • The Solutions Architect is a pre-sales role which is responsible to provide technical solutions to solve customer challenges within the Banking/Financial Services, Telecoms and Energy Natural Gases and Utilities sector in Africa.
    • As a Solutions Architect, you will use your expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, project and staffing plans across Cloud, Datacentre, Network, Digital Workplace, Applications and Cybersecurity landscape.

    Responsibilities:

    • Involved as the technical solution leader in the pre-sales process whilst working along side Sector Leaders and Account Executives to understand customer challenges and architect solution to drive customers business outcomes.
    • Develop Managed Services solutions across Cloud, Datacentre, Network and end-user technologies.
    • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide cloud architectures and solutions, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.
    • Provide expertise in cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and guide the selection, adoption, and integration of cloud services.
    • Assess current infrastructure, applications, and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop migration plans to move legacy systems to the cloud.
    • Define and enforce cloud security policies and procedures to ensure data protection, access control, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Evaluate and recommend cyber security measures, including vulnerability assessments, threat modelling, intrusion detection systems, and incident response plans.
    • Collaborate with technology specific solution architects to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the proposal lifecycle.
    • Ability to conclusively write, present and defend technical solutions through strong presentation skills and executive client management.
    • Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand strategic objectives and define technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

    Key Skills: -

    • 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect and at least 2+ years of solution experience with integrated (application + infrastructure) cloud pursuits for the complete lifecycle services i.e. assessment, design, migration and managed services.
    • Have worked on Global Presales opportunities and should have experience on delivering RFP and RFI responses.
    • Experience on Cloud, Datacentre, Network, Digital Workplace technologies
    • Experience on large scale DC Migration & Consolidation opportunities
    • Knowledge on NextGen technologies – Containers, DevOps, Edge Computing, IoT
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including network security, application security, data protection, and identity and access management.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
    • Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect, are highly desirable.
    • Ability to handle multiple complex proposals, with tight deadlines concurrently
    • Ability to collaborate with a team working across geographically dispersed locations

    Job Description
    Objectives of this role

    • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
    • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.

    RPA Manager

    Job Purpose:

    • The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, implementation and tracking of an automation project using an automation product.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Creates a detailed work plan (project plan) which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the Automation.
    • Drive regular project meetings & ensure adherence to project milestones.
    • Track project meeting minutes and follow up diligently on action items till closure.
    • Mange resources with efficient tracking and utilization.
    • Track risks/issues and escalate as needed to senior management.
    • Manage discussions with required stakeholders for application access, test data, BOT IDs, sign-off etc on time and follow up till closure.

    • Reviews the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
    • Responsible for receiving the sign-off on the design, UAT and Hypercare from the customer.
    • Establish working relationships and routinely interface with project sponsors, business stakeholders & technology partners.

    Must Have Skillset and Experience:

    • Should have minimum 5+ years of project management experience with minimum 2+ years of experience in RPA Project Management.
    • Should have familiarity with various RPA tools (AA/BP/UiPath) etc used in a typical RPA program.
    • Experience in project management tools like MPP, Jira, Confluence, etc.
    • Experience in handling Agile/Waterfall based development projects.
    • Should have good experience in managing large development programs end to end.
    • Good communications skills, with customers, team, and stakeholders.

    Good to have skillset and Experience:

    • Project Management experience in application development projects.
    • PMP Certified is added advantage.

    RPA Business Analyst

    • The purpose of this role is to identify, evaluate and document Automation Opportunities for internal and external customers. The RPA Consultant is expected to possess domain and technical skills to suggest suitable processes for automation and perform the role of an anchor from identification to automation roll out.

    • Lead the Business process analysis and initial opportunity assessment for Robotic Process Automation.

    • Business Exception documentation with solution in Robotized process.

    Must Have Skillset and Experience:

    • Minimum 4+ Years of experience in Business analysis.
    • Prior experience in RPA Solution Designing, Consulting Experience, or IT domain consulting experience.
    • At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of Digital tools/platforms.
    • Proven track record of driving transformation in client environment.
    • Ability to work independently and on a team with colleagues across the globe.
    • Demonstrable client/stakeholder management skills.
    • Self-driven with the ability to manage workload without direct supervision.

    • Certification in Any RPA technology such as AA, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.

    RPA Senior Developer

    Job Description
    Job Purpose:

    • The RPA Senior Developer will take complete ownership of requirements for end-to-end automation development and deliver the expected solution in time and the expected quality and report regular status to Project Manager
