    Washroom Driver - Midrand

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric
    • Valid Drivers Licence and PDP
    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Experience working with sanitary waste will be an advantage
    • Good communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills

    Operations Controller

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric
    • Relevant tertiary qualification  
    • Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience as an Operations Controller or similar role
    • Computer Skills essential (Ms Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • Experience in Cleaning/Hygiene /Logistics would be advantageous 
    • Must have good reporting and admin skills
    • Highly accurate and results driven
    • Basic HR knowledge

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Generating, planning, routing and scheduling of all service work.
    • Daily debriefing and issuing of all service advices, service stock and site specification instructions to the relevant service teams.
    • Ensure that all client and contract / outright sales information, scheduling processes in operations are loaded correctly in respective IT Platforms, and that scheduled dates are adhered to.
    • Control checks of all operational tools and equipments. 
    • Manage and control operational service staff issues (not limited to employment of staff, leave scheduling, over time scheduling, disciplinary issues, co-ordinating training and staff appraisals) All service related stock control, stock and equipment issues and management of all the washroom related stores including monthly stock takes and stock analysis.
    • Ensure that all stock physically received from main warehouse is counted and verified against the transfer document. Same should be signed and filed for future reference.
    • Ensure that stock issued for service is accurately picked against daily requirement per client.
    • Do vehicle checks daily and full vehicle reporting to  management by the last working day.
    • Tracking and tracing of vehicle/ driver activity weekly and daily if required

    Site Manager - Richards Bay

    Minimum Requirements

    • South African Citizen;
    • Grade 12;
    • Clear criminal record;
    • Own reliable vehicle & valid drivers license & PDP;
    • Grade A PSIRA Certification / PSIRA Registered Grade A
    • Certified firearm competency;
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a junior management role (formal management qualification advantageous);
    • Staff management experience essential;
    • Interpersonal communication and client liaison skills (verbal & written);
    • Strong planning, leadership, organisational and problem solving skills;
    • Effective time management;
    • Good computer literacy (Word, Excel & Outlook);
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team;

    • Develop and maintain relationship with Client contact person;
    • Manage staff scheduling to include monitoring of time and attendance;
    • Control and management of company / client assets;
    • Management of staff including recruitment, induction, performance management;
    • Training and development;
    • Responsible for all industrial relations and Health & Safety on site;
    • Report Writing – Monthly reports and incident reports/ attending incidents on site;
    • After hours site visits compulsory
    • Conducting parade inspections
    • Compiling site risk assessment and continuous updating of the site SPM
    • Attending Police forum meetings

    Hygiene Controllers

    Minimum Requirements

    • All certification should be not older than 3months , Including Bank statements, Proof of address, certified copies of the Id.
