Job description
Pioneer Foods seek a suitably qualified Manager Maintenance I at their Pioneer Foods, Groceries, Beverages in Wadeville, Germiston, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be a qualified trade tested artisan/hold a diploma/degree in either electrical or mechatronic engineering managing a team of artisans, with 6 years experince in the FMCG environment with at least four of those years spent at a management/ supervisory level. The prefered candidate will be an Electronic/ Electrical specialist with extensive experience in PLC/ Automation and Preventative Maintenance. Their ability to effectively manage people will be a critical success factor in this role as is their willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment. Key to the role will be ensuring sustainable maintenance programs are in operation while also driving OEE improvement, conversion cost reduction, and risk mitigation.

Pioneer Foods seek a suitably qualified Engineer Business Process at their Pioneer Foods, Groceries, Beverages in Wadeville, . The successful candidate will be a dynamic, high energy individual with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering along with 8 years engineering experience in FMCG, 5 years of which should have been spent in a management position. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for continuous improvement, be project management certified and have extensive experience managing 3rd party service providers and/ or big budget projects. FMCG experience is a must with a preference for knowledge in the Food & Beverage sector. The incumbent will have strong people management skills and will also be required to support the implementation of the asset management programme at all assigned plants. This role requires a minimum amount of business travel.
