    HR Business Partner

    What you will enjoy doing

    • You will develop close working relationships with the respective Business Area Managers to translate business area goals into HR outcomes, through the identification of competency gaps, identification of the desired culture and the development of the relevant delivery programs to close the gap
    • Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs by collaborating with Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Organisation Development, Resourcing, Employee Relations and other HR areas
    • Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes. Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns and provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate
    • HR Governance: monitor trends in the allocated Business Area and identify initiatives to mitigate risk areas.

    What makes you great

    • The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree with 5-10 years Generalist experience in Human Resources
    • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
    • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management is essential
    • This person will also have analytical and conceptual thinking skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to plan effectively and to make firm decisions

    Head HR Operations

    What you will enjoy doing

    • You will in conjunction with the Senior Director HR and the HR Leadership Team develop the HR Plan and delivery model for each specific business unit
    • Identify the relevant programmes from each of the HR Units to be rolled out in order to achieve the HR plan/strategy
    • Agree the delivery model with each HR Operations team in RAF
    • Monitor the achievement of the HR goals, including but not limited to skills development, people retention and employee performance
    • Continually monitor HR trends to identify initiatives to mitigate risk areas and improve overall HR offering and services
    • Manage the HR Operations team in line with Afrox and Linde HR practices and procedures

    What makes you great

    • You will preferably posses a Social Science or an Industrial Psychology or Human Resources degree coupled with 10+ years experience in a generalist HR position with the responsibility of team management
    • The successful incumbent should have experience in partnering a large business unit/client base acting as the main HR point of contact
