    Solutions Architect (Senior)

    What you will be doing:

    • Nurture existing customer relationships while supporting sales teams with new accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers.
    • Engage with customer decision-makers and architects to clearly communicate the value your organisation brings.
    • Showcase how the software meets customer needs, leading consulting engagements to highlight the value-added.
    • Stay involved in customer projects, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.

    What you need:

    • Strong SDLC and complex software background (coding experience preferred) with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Customer and delivery-focused.
    • Comfortable discussing technical topics with developers and interacting at the C-level.
    • Ability to gain deep knowledge of client software and its application in data processing.
    • Strong academic background is valued.

    What you need:

    • Ideally hold a BCom Degree in Finance or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
    • CFA, ACCA, or CPA certifications are welcome.
    • 3 - 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or Big3/Big4.
    • Strong knowledge of corporate finance and extensive experience in financial modelling (DCF).

    • Proven track record managing complex, multi-project programmes with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams through challenges.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managing both technical and business relationships.
    • Deep knowledge of programme management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile).
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management and conflict resolution.
    • Ability to drive strategic decisions, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
    • Experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Fintech industries.
