    Customer Support Specialist, Dutch speaking

    About the role

    • As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.

    Main tasks and responsibilities:

    • Represent Bolt in the Netherlands.
    • Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our apps.
    • Support our business partners in daily interactions with our users.
    • Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.
    • Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt’s customer support.

    Senior Business Development

    About the role

    • As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of our SMB and Enterprise clients, establish strong connections, and confidently communicate the features and benefits of our B2B product offering.
    • You’ll be responsible for targeting top-tier organisations in your country, identifying potential clients, building a solid pipeline of opportunities, and working closely with the Business Development Managers to close the most lucrative deals.
    • This role is a good match for you if you’re a driven individual with sales experience in a high-growth organisation.
    • You’re keen to be part of a team responsible for amplifying Bolt Business's success and supporting our ambitious growth plans and expansion.

    Main tasks and responsibilities:

    • Managing the sales funnel, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, and building up a well-balanced pipeline while ensuring qualitative top-of-funnel inputs and high conversion rates to meet the output goals.
    • Leading the way in the local market by working on enterprise deals, negotiating and closing opportunities with major corporations, and mentoring and coaching junior teammates on best practices and sales skills.
    • Developing outreach strategies to establish strong customer relationships with large businesses and assist with successfully closing newly acquired deals.
    • Hitting sales targets (leveraging the benefits of an uncapped commission scheme) by implementing effective strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers, and analysing and optimising personal
    • performance.
    • Providing market feedback to the Product team and playing an essential role in developing our solutions based on the needs of new and existing businesses.
    • Monitoring emerging markets, identifying new opportunities, and responding promptly to market shifts and challenges by removing existing obstacles.

    About you:

    • You have at least 4 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, and having a degree is advantageous.
    • You have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing large, specifically SMB and enterprise-size deals.
    • You excel in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets through practical negotiation strategies and tactics, especially in B2B.
    • You can effectively communicate in English and the local language, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset and are a CRM expert (preferably Salesforce) who can examine data to optimise your activities.
    • You have a strong sense of ownership, and your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges.

    Senior Public Policy Manager

    About the role

    • Bolt is leading the charge in transforming urban mobility across South Africa.
    • This crucial role involves managing regulatory challenges, forging strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance to support Bolt's strategic objectives.
    • Based in South Africa, the Senior Public Policy Manager will play a pivotal role in navigating the local regulatory landscape and influencing policy to facilitate Bolt's growth and operational success.

    Main tasks and responsibilities:

    • Oversee Bolt’s regulatory, compliance, and political communications strategies in South Africa and the broader Southern Africa region, aligning them with Bolt's operational goals and urban mobility mission.
    • Provide expert regulatory guidance and compliance oversight to Bolt's commercial teams, transforming complex legislation into actionable strategies for business growth.
    • Build and maintain influential relationships with stakeholders such as regulators, political figures, and business partners to advocate for favorable policies and ensure compliance.
    • Manage Bolt's licensing requirements through regular compliance audits and the acquisition of new licenses to ensure uninterrupted operations.
    • Collaborate with Bolt's commercial and product teams to create and implement strategic plans that address the unique challenges and opportunities in the South African and Southern Africa markets.
    • Direct Bolt’s public relations efforts, managing media inquiries and corporate communications to maintain a positive public image and align with corporate objectives.

    About you:

    • Bring at least 8 years of experience in legal, compliance, public policy, or regulatory roles, particularly focusing on the South African market and ideally with exposure to other Southern African markets.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of South Africa's and Southern Africa's regulatory and licensing landscape, especially in mobility and transport services.
    • Show a proven track record in developing and executing public policy strategies and managing corporate communications within a regulatory environment.
    • Possess excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively articulate complex regulatory issues to diverse audiences; fluency in English and proficiency in other local languages highly regarded.
    • Maintain strong relationships with governmental and regulatory bodies, securing cooperation and advocacy for organizational objectives.
    • Exhibit high organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively; hold at least a bachelor’s degree in law, public policy, political science, or related fields, with advanced studies preferred.
