    Junior Digital Marketer - Umhlanga

    Minimum requirements:    

    • 1 – 2 years' Experience in acquisition marketing / lead generation/digital marketing
    • Degree/Diploma Digital Marketing or Marketing related.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Provide analysis to support email, mobile push messaging, Push notification and all social media platforms strategy to support brand growth and online businesses.
    • Define, implement, and automate weekly and monthly reports of key performance metrics, action items and alerts, and A/B test results.
    • Help drive All non-gaming entities’ customer activations and retention strategy by using data to optimize lifecycle, batch, and transactional email campaigns.

    Junior DTP Workflow Operator

    Minimum requirements:

    • 6 Month experience in the Print environment or similar
    • Knowledge of Design software (Acrobat, Indesign/ Corel)
    • Competent in MS Office products

    Responsibilities:

    • Assume and maintain responsibility of pre-flighting artwork, setting up for proofing and platemaking.
    • Setting up and measurements of all vehicles wraps and signage.
    • Responsible for imposition setup of artwork files.
    • Maintain a high degree of quality in a fast-paced production environment.
    • Maintenance and general upkeep of machinery/equipment.
    • Aid the factory production Teams by assisting with Folding, Cutting and general handwork and Signage finishing when required.
    • Share knowledgebase and train junior Team Members to upskill Team in general maintenance of machinery.

    Litho Machine Minder

    Minimum requirement: 

    • Experience as a Litho Machine Minder.
    • Ability to work shifts when necessary.
    • Knowledge of Ryobi and Heidelberg presses.

    Responsibilities: 

    Operational

    • Verify all jobs process are as per customers requirement/signoff.
    • Maintain your machinery and ensure weekly housekeeping is completed.
    • Report on all downtime and breakages.
    • Conduct the production of the Litho Printing business. This involves, but is not limited to, the production/printing processes, collating, paste-up, packing, counting, machinery usage, controlling wastage and raw material usage.
    • Conduct quality control on all jobs printed.
    • Ensuring production deadlines are met to ensure that timelines are met.
    • Experience in one or similar presses: Heidelberg, Ryobi
    • Job specific skills and working knowledge of the Litho Environment
    • A highly customer orientated attitude, Quality and attention to detail conscious.
    • Ability to cope with pressure and setbacks
    • Working extended hours when necessary
    • Provides various other duties with regards to the production/printing department as and when required.
    • Liaise with the factory manager regarding printing and machinery at the factory and conduct the repairs timeously.
    • Conduct weekly stock counts over the Factory stock items as directed by the Factory Manager/Operations Manager.
    • Conduct the destruction of obsolete publications as approved by the Operations Manager
    • Fill out job cards for every printing.
    • Limit high levels of wastage.
    • Safeguard company assets and company stock (raw material and finished goods) always.
    • Ensure machine is secure at the end of a shift.
    • Regular testing and maintenance of the machines.
    • Accurate counting of print runs and raw materials as well as accurate packing of routes.
    • Accurate reconciliations and completions of necessary production schedules.
    • Willing to offer growth and development to existing and new team members. MUST be willing to train team members without prejudice

    People

    • Respect reporting lines and all colleagues.
    • Record all time and attendance as per the Bio-time system.
    • Use safety wear as directed and take care of the safety wear. Lock up safety wear when not in use.
    • Treat machines and raw materials with care.

    Compliance, risk and quality

    • Comply with company policies and procedures (dress code/uniforms/safety wear, smoke breaks, confidentiality, operational processes etc.)
    • Compliance with health of safety standards implemented at the Factory.
    • Be cognizant of fire hazards. Report risks to the Operations Manager.

    • Accountability and take corrective action.
    • Team player and ability to always show initiative.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and must be results driven.
    • Ability to work under pressure and still produce quality results timeously.
