    Operations Trainer (Voice) - Remote GCCA

    What You'll Bring:

    Training facilitation

    The T & E Operations Trainer supports the vertical businesses by facilitating training in the following ways:

    • Delivers new hire training programs to new employees within operations.
    • Incorporates learning objectives, activities and assessment into all training facilitations.
    • Provides training to operations teams as T & E products implement new features, enabled all employees to perform their job duties and support customers/consumers.
    • Provides training to operations teams in support of process/policy changes
    • Continues to act as a point of contact for representative coaching, furthering representative development.
    • Identifies new areas of opportunity for training and works with onshore training team to develop and deliver training materials.
    • Additional projects and duties as assigned.

    Impact You'll Make:

    Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA’s)

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
    • Bilingual in written/verbal French language is preferred, but not required.
    • 3-5 years of training delivery experience/background in a training role.
    • 1-2 years of training experience with voice call center agents
    • Background in training in a classroom and/or a virtual environment.
    • Comfort level with general technical concepts and training of these concepts.
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communicates, in a timely manner to members of leadership regarding representative progress throughout training.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Quick to learn, with a goal of becoming a SME on an all processes.
    • Comfortable presenting and training groups on average of 15-25 people.
    • Collaborates well with others in an effort to identify training needs, objectives, and assessment of skills after training has been completed.
    • Holds trainees accountable and assists in nesting phase of training development.
    • Ability to maintain focus, flexibility, and organization.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to identify gaps in representative knowledge, skills, etc.

    Business Analyst - International Support

    What You'll Bring:

    • Work as part of our International Delivery Support team to drive the implementation of standardized and optimal solutions to common challenges, helping our Regional Delivery teams to deliver our products and data  to our customers in a scalable and efficient way.
    • Work directly with our solutions, market verticals, product and Global Technology teams to understand our product matrix and landscape.
    • Interact with Global Delivery peers to understand voice of the customer and voice of the user; provide feedback to our internal partners to ensure alignment.
    • You will work closely with other business partners in the matrix to consult on operational readiness for new products and complex solutions.
    • You will contribute to the establishment of internal business metrics to be able to support recommendations internally and to our partners.
    • Work with your leader to establish goals, team plan and ways of working for supporting our International Regions, including defining stakeholders, establishment of meeting cadence, and prioritization of projects.
    • You will contribute to the delivery of multiple global projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand overall priorities, and deliver against your roles expectations through clear and frequent communication (verbal and written).
    • Support the monthly analysis and reporting of product and operational metrics
    • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through engaging as a team player across Delivery Operations and sharing insights with your team and peers.

    • Proven ability to solution complex ideas directly with product development and technology teams.
    • Experience in supporting functions for existing and new client deliveries end to end – from initial scoping and quoting through implementation and post-production support.
    • Strong business analysis aptitude together with an ability to understand technical and analytical concepts and articulate their value in layman’s terms.
    • Ability to assess and understand local Regional architectural landscape across a number of product platforms and the ability to expand that understanding across more Regions to support identification of common challenges and common solutions.
    • Willingness to work across several regions within the TU family.
    • Ability to foster enterprise relationships directly and successfully navigate a matrix organization.

    We'd Love To See

    • An understanding of the credit risk life cycle, its products and regulatory constraints.
    • Techno-functional, operational orientated mindset with the ability to think laterally in solving problems in a standardized and optimal way.
    •  Ability to problem solve; work with little formal guidelines and direction; recommend decisions using the appropriate level of information; provide appropriate guidance to others; balance external and internal requirements.
    •  Professional, positive, and outgoing demeanor.
    • 6+ years of professional experience; Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field, project management or business analysis.
    • Expert knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance.
    • Ability to tell a story or present a problem with facts, data, and provide solutions options.
