    Brand Manager

    A day in the life of the Brand Manager for NIDO:

    • Know your consumer deeply - understand the consumer behaviour by conducting qualitative and quantitative studies in liaison with the local research team and research partners.
    • Inspire with Brand Vision and Essence - Deeply understand, actively and consistently ensure the Brand Essence governs everything the brand says and does.
    • Delight with Product & Packaging Experience Deliver the tastiest and healthiest products as perceived by target consumers and in comparison, with competition. Champion development of relevant and preferred packaging & product solutions to improve the consumer experience. Manage the brand to enhance our Nutrition, Health & Wellness goals.

    • Financial & Business Acumen - PFME Budget management and P&L understanding to enable strategic decision-making & growth choices.

    What will make you successful:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing or in another commercial function e.g. Sales, CCSD (FMCG food experience or Pharmaceutical preferable)
    • Proven track record to work independently
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams
    • Bachelor's Degree/IMM Diploma (Marketing Preferred)
    • Works well in high-performing, fast-paced environment

    Lead HRBP

    A day in the life of a Lead HR Business Partner (Manager) Operations at Nestle:

    • Contribute to & Execute the HR Strategy: Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation (where appropriate) and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees. Support the organisational short- and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. Act as People Co-Pilot to the business unit, mentoring and coaching the business head and his/her team. Drive flawless execution of Global, NiM and local HR Initiatives. Co-ordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit. Provide timely recommendations to business head on people agenda
    • Organizational Design & Development (OD&D): Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure of the function to drive superior performance (taking account of Nestlé principles, policies & local business context). Ensure people issues are a key consideration when discussing and planning business activities. Manage effective organisational transformation and change projects using best practice methodologies. Shape the culture to align with Nestlé goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes. Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs.
    • Performance & Talent Management: Develop the People Plan and Talent Management agenda for the business unit, in cooperation with the Talent CoC. Support the Line Manager in delivery of key HR processes, such as succession planning or performance review. Participate and provide insights to top level interviews.
    • Employee Engagement: Establish and maintain effective and positive working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Give input to difficult individual employee situations, legal cases, employee relations issues. Establish and maintain strong relations with employee/labour relations organisations.
    • Lead the promotion of an inclusive culture that is safe, productive, empowering and equitable: Coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Purpose and values. Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices).
    • HR Organisational Alignment and Functional Development: Partner with the respective CoCs and Local HR Services team to drive development of the function and ensure the strategic needs of the business are considered as solutions are delivered. Share insight and understanding with CoCs that support the development of new requirements and drive continuous improvement. Leverage high quality resources from NiM above Market CoC Teams. Involve Finance & Control in budgeting and costing.

    What will make you successful?

    • You must have a completed Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar.
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a HR Management role or similar role.
    • Exposure to CoC/CoS processes, e.g., Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing.
    • Leading and managing change through the effective use of organisation design, development and business transformation techniques.
    • Experience of working in Industrial and employee/labour relations.
    • Success leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing team environment e.g., performance management etc.
    • Effective influencing and coaching of leaders.
    • Leading people and projects experience.   
    • Successful experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit.
    • Worked within a Matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
    • Range of experiences supporting different parts of the business in order to develop broad business acumen.

    Maintenance Industrial Services Engineer

    A day in the life of a Factory Maintenance Engineer:

    • As a Maintenance Engineer, you will support and participate in the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance programme aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimise maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity.
    • This role is responsible for a defined set of production assets in terms of the engineering strategy to support in driving your area to world class performance levels in safety, quality, cost and service.

    Other responsibilities will include:

    • To maintain the basic condition of the machines by means of reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
    • Support Breakdowns and participate in line improvements across the factory, as you become the Subject Matter Expert for your selected area.
    • Driving a safe culture and eliminate safety risks
    • Ensure all work is completed to a good engineering standard always following GMP and safe systems of work.
    • Ensure compliance with the Nestlé quality policy particularly engineering change management and line release.
    • Planned Maintenance by effective utilization of AMM system, Master and coach breakdown analysis, root cause analysis and taking ownership of follow up actions.
    • Supporting Root Cause Analysis practices and projects.
    • Provide input for annual maintenance budget. Assist with the reporting and tracking of the maintenance budget. Analyze over/under spending in the area of responsibility and propose corrective actions.
    • Support and participate in the competence building plan (CBP) for the maintenance team
    • Supporting the Capability Build of both the Shift Technicians and the Apprentice Technicians as well as supporting and developing the AM team following our TPM roadmap on site.

    What will make you successful?

    • Mechanical Engineering Degree
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
    • Good knowledge of TPM
    • Good knowledge of Asset maintenance
    • Good knowledge of AMM system (SAP PM module)
    • Cros- functional experience essential
    • Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality.
