    Human Resources Management Trainee: Talent Management

    Job Description    
    A leading FMCG is looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to undergo a 12 month formal training programme to gain knowledge and experience in Human Resources. To support in implementing the CCBSA Talent and OD strategic priorities and plans by supporting the strategic transformation and growth agenda through building and enabling the sustainable organisational capabilities, systemic implementation of change and continuous improvement to optimise business performance.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    • Provide support in the assigned HR area
    • Involvement in all facets of Human Resources
    • Engage in various Human Resources processes and projects
    • Engage with regional stakeholder to determine progress on Human Resources initiatives
    • Deliver on daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements
    • Involvement in process design, optimisation and line manager coaching
    • Sustain professional HR practices in line with best practice
    • Supports the development of organisational talent management and performance management metrics, provides analysis and insights, and facilitates the uses of talent data as a fundamental input into business planning.
    • Provides talent and performance management consulting to Line.
    • Drives higher levels of employee engagement throughout the organisation
    • Prepares and enables the organisation to lead change and realise the value from OD interventions.
    • Actively coordinates the implementation of identified change, support change impact analyses and effective management of people impact.
    • Manage your personal development and performance to ensure the HR Traineeship is completed in the allocated time
    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Qualifications and Experience
    • BA Human Resources or BA Psychology
    • 3 – 5 years relevant HR experience
    • Talent Management and Organisational Development experience
    • Valid driver’s licence
    • Competent in Microsoft Office
    • South African Citizen
    • Must have own vehicle
    • Willingness to travel to CCBSA sites

    Procurement Transformation Management Trainee

    Job Description    
    The successful candidate will:
    Undergo a 12- 18 months formal training programme to gain knowledge and experience in management and procurement transformation principles and apply these to ensure the efficient and effective completion of all delegated tasks.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    • Supporting the Head of Procurement Transformation in ensuring that the CCBSA procurement team is adequately briefed and trained on the Transformation Strategy
    • Support the definition of the project management principles and processes for all Procurement Transformation activities in line with the Procurement Transformation Strategy
    • Assist in the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP’s) that are identified by the Transformation Specialists
    • Vetting the analyses of RFP’s of the Transformation Team in accordance to the Transformation Strategy and defined processes within the lead-times stipulated.
    • Drive the transformation activities to meet the Project management activities aligned to calendar, to achieve the CCBSA targets for Procurement Transformation.
    • Support the management and oversight of all Service providers/suppliers employed to assist with Procurement Transformation projects. Ensure all KPI’s for such suppliers are reviewed and managed.
    • Responsible for spend data analytics to determine spend with designated groups.
    • Responsible for the creation, maintenance and implementation of all SAP Procurement Master Data for Transformation projects
    • Responsible for ensuring any changes in preferential procurement in legislation in the South African context is adhered to and drive such changes in legislation in terms of Transformation strategy and procurement execution
    • Responsible for the creation of databases of new/developing and emerging suppliers in all functions and categories that can potentially be utilized by CCBSA.
    • Support and actively research improvement of standard operating processes in both procurement and transformation and the implementation thereof, to enable improved conformity in the Procurement Transformation.
    • Drives continuous improvement activities in order to drive efficiency, improve customer service and in support of individual program targets.
    • Responsible for monthly reporting performance to all relevant stakeholders against CCBSA Transformation targets and the management and development of such reporting mechanisms.
    • Drive improvement in Procurement Transformation through optimised user compliance, process performance, contracts and customer satisfaction through comprehensive reporting and management on performance in each area, actively participate in the identification of issues and the gaps.
    • Support in benchmarking with other Best Practice Transformation Centres (sharing lessons learned, improvement opportunities identified, etc.).
    • Manage supplier relationships for Transformation Projects implemented
    • Administration of CCBA Supplier development initiatives
    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in related field with specific focus on Supply Chain/Finance
    Added advantage: Honours in Supply Chain/Finance.

    At least 2-3 years relevant working experience

    • Competent in Microsoft Office
    • South African Citizen or Permanent Residency in RSA
    • Valid Code 8/EB driving license
