    Building Supervisor - Midrand

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To implement an effective maintenance system within customer facilities and ensure SLA delivery.

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Identify maintenance risks on Client’s property and equipment for evaluation and resolution
    • Plan and drive timeous execution of effective maintenance strategies i.e. planned, preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance
    • Ensure optimum utilization of available resources in various maintenance works
    • Ensure timely delivery and appropriateness of parts and spares for effective maintenance execution in liaison with the CCC
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by technical staff to ensure quality, cost optimization and timely execution as per SLA, work instructions and Client’s instruction
    • Plan and manage the human resource requirements to execute maintenance schedule and emergency maintenance requirements, as required
    • Manage operations within allocated budget
    • Manage technical staff performance and facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance and providing required coaching, support and feedback
    • Manage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies/procedure
    • Ensure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees
    • Responsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of Electricians, HVAC Technicians, Handyman Infrastructure
    • Conduct station inspections and provide report
    • Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings held internally with team, client and suppliers
    • Perform additional duties within the role as they arise upon mutual agreement

    Buyer X2 - Centurion

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • This role is responsible for operational buying and support to the Supply Chain Department in general administrative duties, including placing of orders, data analysis and information gathering. Expediting, ad hoc Procurement Officer duties and Master Data Administration duties also forms part of this role.

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Purchase materials, equipment and related services, and general office supplies.
    • Order Management:
      • Management of P-2-P transactions;
      • Exception management;
      • Non-catalogue order execution (free text);

    Data Centre Technician - Johannesburg

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To implement and manage an effective maintenance system within customer facilities and ensure SLA delivery. To develop, manage and maintenance standards for the operations, asset care and maintenance of equipment.

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Maintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules in accordance to the SLA for all equipment and services
    • Develop and manage engineering specifications in the region for new assets and the maintenance of existing assets
    • Complete highly technical maintenance and statutory asset audits and inspections
    • Investigations (RCFA) and submission of failure reports
    • Develop and implement mitigations and recommendations resulting from RCFA completion
    • Identify maintenance risks on client’s equipment for evaluation and resolution via FRL & Risk Notification processes
    • Projects end to end involvement as per request from Project Managers
    • Review and contribute to scopes of works, maintenance strategies and maintenance tactics
    • React to major equipment failures as first responder in order to return to service as soon as possible

    Project Manager - Johannesburg

    BRIEF ROLE DESCRIPTION:   

    • The PM is responsible to ensure that the entire project team including all other disciplines adhere to and deliver the Projects to strict time, quality and cost benchmarks including identifying, prioritizing, planning, authorizing, coordinating, managing, controlling, implementation and closing of projects, programs and other related work to achieve specific Project and Business Case Objectives.
    • Project Management is primarily concerned with “doing projects right”, driving project execution and delivery and managing the internal stakeholder relationship.
    • The PM is a position for self-managed individual that has to balance the needs of the Customer in terms of project delivery.  This role requires the individual to lead the Project team and manage the Project deliverables.

    Site Engineer - Cape Town

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To support the Operations Executive. The Engineer shall continuously work on the improvement of service quality, rationalization of services, efficiencies and effectiveness of maintenance strategies and repairs, manage the operations employees, budget etc.
