Job Description
As an ESD Analyst your role will be to provide support to the ESD Lead in specific areas relating to the development and implementation of the ESD strategy.

• You will be required to take full responsibility of the monthly, quarterly and annual preferential procurement spend reporting by analyzing spend reports in line with DTI BBBEE requirements.
• You will be required to take full responsibility of all project administration, preparation of corporate engagements and ESD related reporting activities.
• You will be required to integrate into the supply chain team, gaining full visibility of sourcing initiatives to identify potential ESD opportunities and other supply chain requests such as market research as well as providing administrative support for the client s ESD digital platform while driving continuous improvement.
• Analysing financial and BEE data and recommending optimal solutions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual spend reports in line with legislative compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual gap analysis in line with legislative reporting requirements and liaise with Supply Chain and Transformation teams to develop a response plan to close gaps.
• Present findings on Preferential Procurement Scorecard to key stakeholders.
• Interpret, verify and communicate all elements of the Preferential Procurement scorecard
• Support research efforts for opportunity identification on ESD and B BBEE transactions with, strategic, non strategic suppliers and new entrants in the market across selected commodities.
• Co ordinate data collection for monthly dashboard reporting.
• Prepare SWOT, industry, value chain and competitor analysis when required.
• Assist in the preparation of enterprise and supplier development proposals and presentations.
• Integrate with supply chain to ensure that there is consistent implementation, monitoring and reporting of ESD through efficient tracking systems and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Essential Relevant Bachelor s Degree 3years 360 Credits
• 3-5 Years experience in Supply Chain
• CIPS qualification will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of B BBEE Codes of Good Practice, Preferential Procurement and Enterprise and Supplier Development
• Advanced Excel Power BI skills analytical graphs

The main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for designing, developing, testing and maintaining software for our customers in line with REPLs guidelines and best practices. You will be part of the Development Services team where you will be working with a varied set of colleagues ranging from developers, QA’s, SDETs to PO’s, PM’s, BA’s while also interacting directly with customer teams.

Qualifications
Required skills/experience:

• Commercial experience developing with Azure cloud technologies i.e. Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory etc.
• Object oriented development experience using C#.
• DevOps delivery experience including the use of automation tools to deliver CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for building and testing features that will be delivered to end users.
• Analytical thinking, good decision-making skills.

Desirable skills/experience:

• Experience of any of the following programming languages JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java.
• Database design and development (e.g. SQL)
• DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps etc.
• Experience using version control frameworks such as Git or Mercurial or TFS.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure Boards etc.
• Containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes.

Manage procurement functions with the clients. Oversee stakeholder engagement, sourcing pipeline development execution, business case development, focused on savings to the client and reduction in speed to source. Manage projects requiring a combination of strategic category development, opportunity assessment, sourcing pipeline development and strategic sourcing. Administer engagement of all teams, including global expertise, sourcing utility resource and shared service coordination.
