    IT Technician - Piet Retief

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system and be familiar with all hardware and software and with network operating system
    • Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
    • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
    • Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources, research current and potential resources and services
    • Provide network accounts and passwords as required
    • Install hardware and software systems
    • Technical experience in installing and configuring camera solutions.
    • Offer technical support on-site or via phone or email to personnel who experience problems with hardware/software
    • Perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripheral equipment for the purpose of keeping equipment functioning properly
    • Perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot, and repair Printer systems for the purpose of keeping equipment functioning properly
    • Ensure that all computers are secured effectively by installing and updating antivirus software
    • Escalate problems and issues to higher level of support, this includes services that exceeds response time, repair time, lack of parts, or any other issues for the purpose of providing excellent customer satisfaction

    Qualifications and Skills;

    • Matric / Grade 12 
    • A+ certificate
    • N+ certificate
    • Valid driver's licence
    • Valid Passport
    • 2 years experience minimum
    • Windows troubleshooting
    • Network installations
    • Desktop/Laptop hardware and software troubleshooting
    • Must be able to interact with people
    • Must be able to comply with deadlines
    • Successful candidates must be goal driven

    Cashier

     Responsibilities and Duties; 

    • Bag, box, wrap merchandise and prepare packages for shipment
    • Compute and record transactions
    • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
    • Sort, count and wrap notes and coins
    • Establish or identify prices of goods and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers or optical scanners
    • Greet customers entering establishments
    • Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
    • Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions

    Marketing Manager (Crop Insurance)

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage, direct, and monitor advisor’s activities and the overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximize performance
    • Effective liaison, support, and assistance within the division
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and insurers in the industry

    Financial Manager

    Responsibilities and Duties;

    • Prepare accurate and timely management statements, reports, and forecasts
    • Analyse financial data, perform variance analysis, and identify trends to assess financial performance and highlight improvement areas
    • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making processes
    • Develop and maintain annual and long-term financial budgets and forecasts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
    • Monitor and report actual financial performance against the budget, highlighting areas of concern or potential risk
    • Make recommendations to management regarding financial adjustments or corrective actions based on budget deviations
    • Develop and maintain a system of internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and maintain compliance with financial regulations

    • Identify and timeously monitor systems to ensure that financial control systems are in place for specific operations

    Qualifications and Skills;

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree in finance is desirable
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the grain trading or agricultural commodities industry
    • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
    • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
    • Familiarity with risk management strategies
    • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
    • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
