    PURPOSE:

    To ensure that quality products are received, and prepared for customers according to SOP. 
     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP
    • Maintain food safety standards according to SOP
    • Prepare menu items according to SOP whilst maintaining speed of service
    • Provide great customer service

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience, minimum 1-year related experience required

    Regional Internal Auditor - Centurion

    • Provide a systematic and disciplined approach to effectiveness of risk management control and governance processes. Possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and a sound judgement. Accountable for the examination and evaluation of organizations processes, reporting findings back to the executive regarding possible improvements and corrections.

    RESONSIBILITIES:

    • Designing and implementing the internal audit plan.
    • Performing financial and operational audits.
    • Identifying business process risks.
    • Creating various testing methods to evaluate the adequacy of controls.
    • Documenting results of the internal audits and implementing corrective action.
    • Deciding the best ways to schedule projects/audits.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have a tertiary qualification in Internal Auditing /Accounting.
    • Must have 5 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Must have 5 years' experience on Sage 50/ Pastel Evolution or similar system.
    • Must have a sound understanding of the internal auditing function and a hands-on approach.
    • Previous experience in the FMCG or Fast-Food sectors.
    • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
    • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms.
    • Valid code 8 Drivers Licenses (own vehicle).
    • Full MS Office package experience.
    • Must have experience in using Sage 50/ Pastel Evolution or similar system.
    • GAAP and/or Micros (advantageous).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Have effective time management, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

    RESONSIBILITIES:

    • Build and maintain Pedros websites on WordPress- frontend and backend.
    • Create conceptual designs for mobile and web platforms.
    • Follow and create design guidelines, best practices and standards.

    • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
    • Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have a Web design Degree/Diploma.
