    Shipping Coordinator

    We are looking for a mature Shipping Coordinator with good attention to detail to manage all shipments, supplier payments and documentation.

    Duties will include:

    • Coordinating shipments between suppliers, forwarders and the procurement department.
    • Create and provide clearing instructions to clearing agents.
    • Create costing schedules on MS excel.
    • Calculate supplier payments, and process them.
    • Reconcile supplier accounts, in various currencies.

    Inventory Controller

    Key Job Functions

    • Inventory Control

    • Knowledge of stock control (FIFO), stock rotation, stock movement and stock take.
    • Computer Literacy (Email, intermediate knowledge of Excel).
    • Experience on Syspro, WMS, iComply.

    About

    • Oversee the requisition of goods and services for the company.  
    • Receive purchase requisitions from employees or departments and prepare purchase orders.
    • Ensure the orders are approved by authorized persons only.  
    • Ensure correct ledger accounts are selected when purchase orders are issued.
    • Receive request for materials from the various departments
    • Handle inquiries about orders
