    Purpose

    • To plan and ensure execution of the overall technical portfolio for multiple or large scale and high complex facilities and manage a team of technical specialists in the delivery of facilities management strategy

    Experience and qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification - Engineering Degree and/or National Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical)
    • Experience - 3 to 5 years experience managing multiple, large and high complex facilities and delivering on infrastructure design and building technical excellence
    • Additional Knowledge - Smart Buildings, IoT devices and 5G technology
    • Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHASA)
    • Energy management principles
    • General Machinery Regulation (GMR)
    • Green buildings
    • Equipment sustainability
    • Asset life cycle management
    • Organisational sustainability
    • Building management system automation

    Additional requirements

    • The candidate must have a national diploma or btec in engineering with atleast 3 years experience. A GCC certification will be an advantage.

    Experience and qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma in credit preferable.
    • 3 Years related experience.
