    Executive Assistant Mining Global Grade 08

    Key Outputs

    • Full administration matters including personal administration
    • Organising, management and maintaining of diary
    • Scheduling of meetings, conferences, seminar etc for the department/territories where required
    • Screen calls and/or route queries to relevant people
    • Coordinate and consolidation of monthly reports
    • Efficient coordination of all travel arrangements, accommodation, and coordination

    Service Administrator Global Grade 07

    Key Output

    • Perform related administrative tasks to end-to-end processes including record keeping, filing, data capturing and report writing.
    • Accurately capture relevant data from external and internal customers
    • Follow up with external and internal customers on incomplete data.
    • Resolve internal and external customer queries.

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    Parts Inventory Controller Global Grade 07

    Key Output

    • Investigate and ensure corrective actions for reasons why items end up in block stock; keep a reporting log
    • Perform bin audits daily after goods receipt of shipments
    • Log claims against Vendors regarding damaged stock and / or missing stock (Cat Claims Portal)
    • Claims: Inspect, update claims register; record the claim on ERP & CAT system within required timeframe. Daily follow up on claim status and action (close / return / scrap as per policy).
    • Perform stock counts (cycle / wall to wall / etc.)
    • Run reports to ascertain available bins and free up as required
    • Run report and assign bins to stock without bin assignments
    • Remove scrapped stock from bins and destroy as per policy requirements
    • Assist warehouse with daily activities
    • Execute necessary movement of stock as per authorised request
    • Assist with PoE Audits by providing required evidence for areas of responsibility
    • Remove and dispose of parts as per service letter requirements
    • Daily open stock order management
    • Manage Stock Performance reports
    • Lead-time management
    • Surplus management
    • Parts Availability barometer
    • Compile and maintain Stock accuracy reports

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    • Grade 12

    • + 3 years’ experience working within a inventory control position in a BWE Parts / Caterpillar Warehouse environment.

    Planner

    Key Outputs

    • Planning, Scheduling, and monitoring job progress and work in progress (WIP) by using an appropriate planning system
    • Planning cost elements on service jobs (Labour, Parts and Bought outs)
    • Achievement of maximum productivity and profitability
    • Apply warranty policies and procedures, including service warranty
    • Issuing or job instructions to and dispatching of artisans (briefing)
    • Initiation and control of Bought Out requests
    • Follow up on parts, quotes and service reports
    • Assist with achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
    • Assist with effective control of cost centre expenses and Work-in-Progress

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    • Trade certificate (Diesel or Heavy Earthmoving Mechanic)
    • Minimum 3 years post-apprentice / learnership experience.
    • Computer Literacy (MS Office, SIS, STW / ET, CAT inspect. myCat.com)
    • SAP knowledge advantageous
    • Good communication skills and customer relations,
    • Must be a Team player and be willing to work overtime
    • Problem Solving Skills and Technical Competence, Rule orientation and Mechanical Reasoning

    • Understanding the service work order process, Attention to detail, Teamwork
