    Sales Administrator Global Grade 08

    Key Outputs

    • Create quotes and sales orders on SAP.
    • Completion of Job files
    • Managing orders for Electrical Power & Industrial Sales.
    • Accurate costing and ensuring all documents are authorised.
    • Customer invoicing.

    Executive Assistant – Customer Fulfilment Services and Human Capital Global Grade 08

    Key Outputs

    • Full administration matters including personal administration
    • Organising, management and maintaining of diary
    • Scheduling of meetings, conferences, seminar etc for the department/territories where required
    • Screen calls and/or route queries to relevant people
    • Coordinate and consolidation of monthly reports for Customer Fulfilment Services and Human Capital

    Equipment Monitoring Specialist Global Grade 09 - Isando

    Key Outputs

    • Monitor machine health through EM solutions
    • Ensure that undercarriage component forecasting management is in place and carried out timeously
    • Conduct machine inspections on earthmoving equipment as required
    • Ensure that operational abuse is kept to a minimum and that machines are operated to their full capabilities
    • Perform Machine Inspections and Undercarriage Management
    • GET wear analysis Blade/Bucket and compile reports
    • Machine operator and application evaluation
    • Site severity analysis
    • Inspection conversion to quote and quote conversion to order.
    • Undercarriage Management / Wear trend analysis
    • Machine downloads and Reports on downloaded events
    • Manage the undercarriage replacements on the Caterpillar Horizon program

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    • Qualified diesel/earthmoving equipment mechanic (or equivalent qualification)
    • Three years Caterpillar experience as a mechanic
    • Computer literate (MS Office, CAT Software)
    • Sound business communication skills
    • Sound technical knowledge of product brands
    • Must have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to make decisions

    SHEQ Co-Ordinator Global Grade 10 - Isando

    Key Output

    • Take part during development and ensure implementation of SHEQ systems at plant level.
    • Ensure compliance to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHS 45001 at site level.
    • Ensure impact / risk registers and Management programme is up to date.
    • Collect data and maintain systems for effective reporting of SHEQ management system performance.
    • Monitor and report on status of all SHEQ related non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
    • Recommend corrective actions for non-conformances identified during internal audits/ inspections and verify implementation.
    • Feedback on performance of SHEQ management system to SHEQ Manager
    • Co-ordinate plant specific SHEQ related training with Trainers
    • Monitor and manage the Document Management System for site.
    • Plan & co-ordinate Site auditing / inspection activities
    • Participate in internal and external SHEQ Audits (Internal auditor)
    • Compiling, coordination and distribution of SHEQ reports
    • Attend site SHEQ-related meetings.
    • Do general administration functions and ensure record keeping is up to standard.

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    • Experience in Engineering, mining & construction mobile equipment.
