    Service Desk Agent

    Job specification:

    Key performance areas:

    • Responsibilities include the ability to identify research and resolve a broad range of problems associated with users as well as the broader IT Systems infrastructure.
    • Provide operational support to business users including after-hours support by assisting in problem resolution
    • Monitors the Systems and Infrastructure environments through the use of monitoring tools and pre-defined monitoring processes and reacts quickly to resolve complex problems
    • Performs SAP transports in accordance with pre-defined processes
    • Reviews user issues logged via email and ensures that these are appropriately logged and assigned to the correct resolver group
    • Responds to user requests for information and assists in problem resolution outside of normal business hours
    • Re-assigns calls that cannot be resolved immediately to the relevant resolving team or 3rd party as defined in the operational procedures
    • Adheres to issues escalation procedures
    • Ensures effective communication of the downtime schedule to key business and IT stakeholders
    • Logs, documents and maintains history records of logged calls on the IT Knowledge Base
    • Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of problems related to the group’s infrastructure components such as server hardware, storage systems.
    • Provide front-line support with a focus on incident resolution. They are to provide high quality technical and procedural assistance.
    • Systems support across multiple platforms including (but not limited to): VMWare, MS Exchange, Windows Servers, Printing, CCTV, Faxing, SCCM and Backups.
    • Responding to telephone calls, calls directly assigned via the incident management system, emails and in-person requests for technical support.
    • Conduct first-line telephone support on all incoming calls to the Service Desk  

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:                                                                   

    • At least 2 years relevant experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment
    • Proven experience in monitoring, supporting and performing initial troubleshooting with a view to resolve incidents in:
    • Enterprise desktop operating systems (Win7,8,10) and Office Productivity Applications (MS Office suite)
    • Large scale Microsoft Windows Server environments
    • Microsoft systems e.g. MS Exchange, MS SharePoint Data centre computer systems, storage systems, virtualisation, software management systems (SCCM) and backup systems 

    Qualifications:

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • Diploma in Information Technology
    • Advanced Diploma or Equivalent in Information Technology would be advantageous 

    Minimum Certificate(S):

    • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
    • Installation, Storage, and Compute with Windows Server 2016 (Storage and Disk, Data dedupe, HA, DR, Clustering)
    • Networking with Windows Server 2016 (DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VPN, DFS, SDN)
    • Identity with Windows Server 2016 (AD DS, AD CS, AD FS) 

    Advantageous Certificate(s):

    • Valid CCNA Certification
    • A+/N+
    • Enterprise Server Hardware (e.g. HP, Dell)
    • ITIL Service Management Foundation advantageous 

    Other Requirements:

    • Prepared to work outside of normal working hours including overtime, weekends and/or public holidays
    • The position requires rotational shift work
    • A keen ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple pillars in ITSS
    • Good working knowledge and experience in the use of enterprise monitoring systems (Solarwinds, SCOM)
    • Good understanding of networking principles – TCP, UDP, etc.

    Team Leader - Packaging Stores - Kempton Park,

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Ensure safety and Environment are adhered to as a priority
    • Manage inventory cycle counts
    • Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment
    • Ensure SOPs & policy compliance in the department
    • Submission of all daily, weekly and monthly reports on time
    • Attend weekly GMP, SHE and AIB meetings
    • Update meeting results on boards and share interpretation with the team
    • Own stock counting processes – as per site requirements
    • Address returns and rejected materials issues
    • Report all incidents to the Logistics co-ordinator and Logistics Manager
    • Investigate system and physical related queries with regards to materials
    • Performance management and supervision of the team
    • Discuss team training needs with HR
    • Ensure sufficient communication to relevant parties before licenses expire (Forklifts or Electronic).
    • Control self-assessments
    • Relationship management with the team and other departments
    • Ensure effective FIFO/FEFO management, stock location, and space utilization

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:                                                                   

    • At least 3 years of stores and inventory experience of which a minimum of 2 years experience in a Supervisory function
    • SAP experience is essential
    • Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Qualification in Stores Management, Inventory Management, or Warehousing
    • Logistics or Supply chain qualification is advantageous.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Drivers license (EB/Code 8) required
    • Valid forklift license

    Store Admin Manager - Germiston

    Main Purpose:

    • To ensure the highest standards of customer service is delivered and sales turnover targets met through effective people management and enforcement of retail disciplines at store level. The successful individual will be responsible for the store administration function and will be an assistant to the Store Manager.

    Key Performance Areas:

    Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per the admin policy

    • Completion of daily, weekly and monthly admin checks, as per the admin check guideline and checklists
    • Perform daily tasks eg. declarations, prepare cash for banking and collection
    • Calls logged to rectify issues (stock, maintenance, cash etc)
    • Transfer of information contained in instruction letters (RIL, MIL, PCI, SMIL and Memo) and ensure adherence to instructions and adherence to deadlines

    Cash control

    • Adequate POS training and support is given to staff
    • Cash control and banking processes are followed daily
    • Cash variances are investigated, followed up on and cleared
    • Manual transactions are captured timeously once the store is back on line

    Stock Control

    • Adequate stock management training and support is given to staff
    • Stock management processes are followed daily
    • Stock variances are investigated, followed up on and cleared
    • Weekly and Quarterly stock counts and takes are prepared for and conducted accurately
    • Shoe pairing exercise is completed weekly
    • Write offs are controlled adequately

    Care taking of the Store in absence of the Store Manager

    • Store is opened and trades as per requirement
    • Customer relations are maintained
    • Adequate staffing and planning is in place
    • Instructions and to-do lists are followed
    • Disciplinary action takes place, where necessary
    • HR relations are maintained

    Customer Service

    • Development a service ethic culture within the store environment
    • Internal and external customer relationship building
    • In store coaching and on-going training of skills
    • Role model customer centricity and service excellence
       

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:                                                                                       

    • Minimum 4 years’ retail experience
    • 1 year administration management experience

    Qualifications:

    • Complete Matric/Grade 12
    • Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage
