    Branch Manager- Durban

    Branch manager duties include:

    • Hiring staff and heading the on boarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the community, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.
    • Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.
    • The Branch manager must administer the branch in a profitable and sustainable way to increase the sales income at the branch, to control and administer all branch functions, process and procedures and to ensure all strategic objectives are met monthly and annually, in short to run the branch as a successful sustainable and profitable manner and to meet the required business objectives.

    Software Developer- Angular Developer- Cape Town

    • As a software developer, you will work collaboratively with product designers and other software developers to design and create new software modules, enhancements, and features for the Company’s payment platform.
    • They will need to report to the Payment Specialist. This position will be supervised by the Chief Technology Officer with ongoing support from the Payment Specialist
