    Lead Property Manager

    Job Objectives

    • Responsible for the GRE operational and financial responsibility for designated sites, including property and facility management, projects, investments, divestments, leases, masterplans and stakeholder demands at tactical level.
    • Responsible to ensure health & safety compliance within the day-to-day service delivery within the GRE scope.
    • Responsible for assuring compliance with relevant directives, authority regulations, laws and property legislation.
    • Responsible for investments and divestments including land and property acquisitions.
    • Responsible to analyse and prioritize among investment needs and prepare data for investment cases.
    • Responsible for preserving the operation and value of Volvo’s properties/facilities at site level, including overall budget responsibility and follow up for income, costs and projects.
    • Responsible that all activities undertaken are focused on cost efficiencies, adding value and aligned with the RE Financial Business plan and Operational plan.
    • Responsible for Site Master plan execution.
    • Responsible for execution of all property- and administrative projects according to the investment process.
    • Responsible for content, data accuracy and ensuring timely updates for all dimensions in property databases and other real estate specific systems.
    • Responsible for the full process regarding internal and external lease contracts including negotiation, invoicing and secure contracts when new or changed tenant.  
    • Responsible for specifications and negotiations of contracts for maintenance, consultants and services in cooperation with Volvo’s purchasing function. 
    • Responsible to maintain a close cooperation with business control, to understand and explain the cost development as well as drive improvements to get back on track if needed.
    • Responsible for local dialogues with our colleagues after alignment with business control regarding cost calculation output and figures for forecast. 
    • Responsible for property tax, indexation and insurance values.
    • Responsible to secure space optimization for offices.
    • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.

    • Property management diploma/ Civil engineering diploma
    • Solid technical knowledge of building installation systems.
    • Proficient skills in building construction methods/ site infrastructure specifics.
    • Knowledge of authorities demands and property legislation. 
    • Experience of project management. 
    • Negotiating and financial knowledge, how to add business value. 
    • Good presentations skills.
    • Appropriate licenses where applicable. 
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in real estate and facility management.
    • Thorough knowledge in financial control.  
    • Experience from working in an international environment is an asset.
    • B.Comm University degree or equivalent is required.

    Receptionist - Riverhorse

    Job Objectives: 

    • Be the front face for the branch
    • Assist all departments.
    • Full responsibility of the switchboard which includes receiving calls, taking and disseminating messages.
    • Promptly answer phones.
    • Transfer incoming calls to respective extension.
    • Ensure accurate messages taken when persons are not available.

    Service Advisor

    Job Objectives

    • Customer satisfaction and complaint handling.

    Territory Manager

    Job Objectives:

    • Interfaces directly with end customers in the territory, negotiates deals, sells products and solves problems.  Ensures deals are complaint with company regulatory and tax requirements.
    • Undertakes background research to gather information on the customer’s business, segment and financial situation ensuring that deals are most likely to be approved by the appropriate Credit & Risk Committee.
    • Seeks new opportunities to enhance service offerings through a profound knowledge of the customer’s business.
    • Meets customers together with the dealers, Volvo Group product sellers and facilitates sales with VFS bundled offerings.  Proactively introduces fee-income offerings, particularly insurance, at the point of sale - POS
    • Attends meetings at the dealerships to promote VFS, follow opportunities and gather information on customers and markets.
    • Delivers point of sales training and provides guidance to dealers, Volvo Group product sellers in all VFS products and offerings.  
    • Provides input to sales forecasts. Supports quarterly key dealer reviews.

    Relationships

    • Establishes strong relationships with customers and key accounts to improve the achievement of business objectives.
    • Develops and controls a strong dealer network to cover the territory and works together with the dealers to facilitate VFS’s presence in the market at the end customer.
    • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Volvo Group product sellers in order to align and achieve common objectives through positive business relationships.

    • Implements the local commercialization of new products and services.
    • Provides assistance regarding debt collection and risk management activity as and when requested.
    • Provides input to performance reporting and forecasting of sales performance and its reporting within territory.

    Job Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

    • Good understanding of the business of VFS, the Volvo Group products and the customer/dealers businesses.
    • Strong ability to build, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and colleagues in the Group’s product companies.
    • Excellent sales and negotiating skills.
    • Analytical ability to compile and motivate a credit application
    • Ability to develop, explain and sell complex, bundled offerings.
    • Is target-driven and self-motivated in achieving objectives.
    • High level of IT application skills.
    • High level of English (oral/written).

    Qualification & Job Experience

    • BCom University degree or equivalent is required.
    • Good financial understanding.
    • Strong business understanding.
    • Typically, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar sales role.
    • Previous experience in a commercial vehicle company is preferred.
    • High level experience in MS Office applications (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
