    Digital Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the point of contact to clients for digital management matters
    • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
    • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
    • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
    • Extensive knowledge with the ability to advise on building complete front and backend dashboards of microsites, gamification, Apps, PWA's and API system integration.

    Requirements and skills

    Graphic Designer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise results-driven design solutions.
    • Translate client needs, critical insights and branding strategies into design strategies and wow executions.
    • Design visual concepts using industry-standard design software.
    • Articulate and pitch design concepts to the Agency Studio.
    • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
    • Amend designs after feedback and craft them to perfection.
    • Develop visually compelling designs for both digital and traditional platforms, including but not limited to advertising, social media, activation and promotional materials.
    • Execute projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your design work.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
    • Between 3 - 5 years of professional design experience is needed.
    • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your range of skills and conceptual thinking.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,
    • Experience with Premier and After Effects (e.g., video editing, and animation) is a plus.
    • An eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Be fearless.
    • Ability to work in a team and take direction well.
    • Time management skills are essential.
