    • The Software Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the software developed by our internal training department. The Software Tester will work closely with the development team to identify and document defects, create test plans, and execute test cases.     Product Owner - Platform

    • The Product Owner is a tactical member of the development team and bridges the gap between strategy and development.
    • They are responsible for the product backlog, organizing sprints, and clarifying any requirements for developers.
    • Where the product manager is responsible for creating the strategy of the product, the product owner executes the strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
    • Creating or refining product management strategies and/or customer requirements into tasks for the development team to execute
    • Understanding the market and customers' needs by working with product managers and/or customers
    • Acts as a bridge between product and development teams by understanding the product managers' vision or customers’ requirements.
    • Being the external face of the development team.

    Skills, Abilities, and Experience

    • In contrast to the Product Manager who is Market/Customer Focused, Product Owners are Solution, Technology, and Team Focused
    • Maintain relationships outside of the local team, working with Product Managers, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.
    • Specialist in domain and industry relating to the product.
    • Understands Agile but is not necessarily an Agile Expert.
    • Good understanding of the software development process and lifecycle./
    • Experience in project management, relationship management, business, and systems analysis, and UX Design.
    • Must have worked as part of the development team for more than 4 years.
    • Must have been in a technical role previously.

    Software Developer

    Overview:

    • Becoming a Sybrin software developer will play a vital role in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of the Sybrin platform. The applications you create will likely help the business units be more efficient and provide a better service.

    As a Sybrin software developer your list of tasks can include:

    • Reviewing current systems
    • Presenting ideas for system improvements
    • Working closely with other developers and technical leads
    • Perform peer testing of the product in a controlled environment

    UI/UX Designer (Hybrid)

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and gather requirements
    • Design and develop user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
    • Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and make informed design decisions

    • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design and development skills and experience
    • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Adobe CS preferred.
    • Expertise in documentation tools such as Zero Heights, Gitbook, etc. Gitbook preferred
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Qualifications:
