    Key Account Manager

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to oversee our furniture sales in retail accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving gross margin targets across multiple furniture categories. This role demands a proactive, self-starting individual with exceptional cross-collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail accounts.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities.

    Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and gross margin objectives for furniture categories.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector.
    • Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing trends to make informed business decisions.
    • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant insights to the sales and product teams.
    • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement corrective actions and improvement plans to address any deviations from targets.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure the success.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Negotiate, pricing, and terms with key retailers to secure profitable agreements.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role. Experience in Furniture Category is advantageous.  
    • Strong understanding of the retail landscape.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI would be advantageous.
    • Willingness to travel as required.

    Graphic Designer

    Job description

    • We are currently on the lookout for mid-level packaging designers to join our fast-paced, driven art department.

    In this role, we will ask you to:

    •    Design for packaging and promotional reasons, including mock ups, presentations, DTP, catalogue creation, flyer design, take product pictures, deep etch and retouch for print, repro your work for print and more.
    •     Brand creation and logo design with CI design knowledge.
    •     Illustration and pattern making
    •     You will be expected to problem solve and be self-starting.
    •     You will need to be mature enough to self-monitor times, check your own work and maintain consistency
    •     You will be expected to work quickly
    •     You will need to be able to read die lines and be able to adjust dies according to new sizes
    •     As a senior on the team you will be expected to perform on a higher level, be more polished, work faster and turn out original designs vs the juniors
    •     You may be required to mentor and help the junior designers from time to time.
    •     You absolutely must understand the print process and different methods of printing onto various finishes, transfers, colour separation, print preparation and repro. This is non-negotiable

    Requirements:

    •     Degree or equivalent in design
    •     One to two years' proven working experience within studio or agency within packaging, presentations and layout (DTP)
    •     Understanding of repro for print - NB
    •     Understanding of best practice for print - NB
    •     Ability to design logo
    •     Ability to read dielines and amend dies as needed - NB
    •     Portfolio of packaging work
    •     Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
    •     Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, PDF and Excel.
    •     PC or Mac Literate

    Advantageous:

    • 3D design skills using Blender

    Admin Assistant- Retail

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and more.
    • Oversee timekeeping and attendance records for staff.
    • Provide direct support to the National Operations Manager in managing team activities.
