    Programme Coordinator CDC

    Description

    • Right to Care seeks services of an experienced candidate to provide operational management of VMMC program and logistics at district level 

    Requirements
    Minimum qualifications and experience

    • Nursing Degree or equivalent preferred.
    • 2 years experience in Public Health
    • Experience working in high-volume medical male circumcision service provision preferred

    Key performance Area

    • Ensure efficient MMC service delivery through continuous support to all MMC Fixed, outreach and mobile sites.
    • Capacity building and identification of training needs to ensure maximum performance.
    • Supervise and support the entire MMC clinical staff based at the district and ensure adherence to RTC and DOH ethics and policies.
    • Coordinate transport for all MMC MOVE and demand Creation teams.
    • Ensure the availability and consistence supply of consumables and VMMC Kits to all supported teams
    • Provide support to sites to ensure internal QA teams are established and regular assessments take place.
    • Work with sites to ensure timely and adequate responses to QA assessments
    • Key stakeholder engagement including participation at District Hast Activities.
    • Ensure Training and mentorship of all DOH district staff on MMC program.

    Clinical Technical Officer

    Description

    • Should be prepared to travel as instructed by the line manager to supported sites
    • Ensure good working relations with all staff at supported sites
    • Ensure regular feedback to the program lead as instructed by line manager
    • Conduct systematic and analytical review of priority indicators under guidance of Local Program lead
    • Support sites in the implementation of current ART guidelines and policies
    • Ensure clinical stationary is well understood and completed by all staff at supported sites
    • Implement quality improvement plans

    Requirements
    Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience

    • A diploma/Degree in Nursing
    • SANC Certificate & Registration
    • NIMART certificate, APC training
    • 3 years experience in Health Programme
    • PC literate (word and excel)
    • 1 year experience in a Technical Assistance role (Training, mentoring and quality improvement initiatives)

    Payroll Supervisor

    Description
    We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor, the focus of the role is to manage accurate processing of salaries, ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations per country. Supervise and coach payroll officers & administrators by promoting best Payroll practice and consistency across Right to Care. Respond creatively and flexibly to the changing needs of the business and be able to exercise discretion, high levels of initiative and independent decision-making. 

    • Manage all Payroll input & Queries pertaining to Zoned employees on the Payroll System
    • Always maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information of Zoned staff
    • Manage and supervise duties of subordinates to ensure optimal utilisation and efficiencies, which includes amongst others: Input of new and temporary employees, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other payroll-related changes to ensure the timely and accurate payment of all employees.
    • Check for discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies & procedures prior to payroll close off.
    • Compile Pension, Group Life GLA/GIP & Medical Aid recons and upload on the relevant platforms by the 7th of the following month
    • Check for discrepancies & Approve Payroll Summaries & Payroll Requisitions for the purpose of ensuring accuracy of figures to Finance
    • Partners with HR & Finance in aligning a sophisticated payroll system.
    • Provide customer service to internal customers and effectively manage 3rd party relationships.
    • Take personal responsibility for all your decisions and actions.
    • Be proactive to resolve problems.
    • Take responsibility for self-development, initiate and implement development plans, identify own training needs & informs Line Manager
       

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Payroll Management or Human Resources Management. 
    • Experience in Sage People 300 Payroll System essential
    • 2 – 3 years’ experience working in a Payroll Supervisory role 
    • 8 years’ concurrent experience in Payroll
    •  Ability to work autonomously and prioritise own workload
    • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential matters
    • Ethical and strong integrity
    • Good supervisory skills as well as good ability to train subordinates
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Good understanding of payroll related legislations remuneration benefits, taxation issues and Right To Care’s policies and procedures
    • Sound operational knowledge of payroll system
    • Excellent report writing skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Resilience under pressure
    • Attention to detail and a structured approach to planning tasks
    • A confident communicator with the ability to relate to staff at all levels
    • Knowledge of payroll best practices
    • Ability to liaise effectively and form strong working relationships at all levels
    • Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information
