    Salesforce Functional Consultant

    Qualifications /Certifications required:

    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
    • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud (desirable)
    • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud (desirable)
    • Salesforce Certified Community Cloud (desirable)
    • Salesforce Accredited Financial Services Cloud (optional)
    • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (optional)

    Experience required:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or functional analysis
    • Proven experience with Salesforce implementations and customizations
    • Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices
    • Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management

    Responsibilities of role: 

    Development of client solutions:

    • Contribute to engagement deliverables pertaining to all aspects of Salesforce technology.
    • Assist in discovery & design workshops to identify client requirements.
    • Design and review Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.
    • Input into the estimation of engagements in discovery, pre-build, and in-build phases.
    • Manage the build of Salesforce solutions using configuration.
    • Ensure the quality and timeliness of build deliverables.
    • Perform customization of Salesforce using configuration.
    • Facilitate end-user training and other user adoption activities.
    • Work in an agile culture and a high-performance driven environment.
    • Help identify and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
    • Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of the Client’s platform.
    • Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.
    • Adhere to and promote best practices and design guidelines.

    Commercial

    • Supporting Pre-sales during development of new business with new or existing clients
    • Support the production of proposals & working with wider teams to present proposals.
    • Assist in the review of proposals during the pre-sales process to ensure proposal accuracy.
    • Working with the commercial teams to ensure a smooth handover into Delivery processes.
    • Ability to work with engagement leadership to ensure accurate and achievable
    • resourcing planning.

    General

    • Maintain certification in selected salesforce products.
    • Maintain and improve internal team skills, processes and ways of working.
    • Help mentor and coach other colleagues.

    Mining Consultant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Planning and Design: Collaborate with geologists and mining engineers to design safe and productive mines.
    • Operational Optimization: Analyze and improve mining processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure mining operations comply with national, state, and federal laws.
    • Environmental Responsibility: Implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and improve sustainability.
    • Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports such as JORC and NI43-101.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Learning and Development Consultant

    Job Description

    • You will partner with managers and senior business leaders to understand learning and development needs and design and deliver solutions that align with our business objectives.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify the specific L&D needs and skills gaps, as well as the most appropriate way to respond to their needs.
    • Engage with various vendors and Alliance Partners to obtain training tokens and other free training certificates and initiatives.
    • You will work with team leaders and coaches to understand the people development requirements within business units that you are responsible for and translate these requirements into programmes that support both the business strategy and the individual’s career path.
    • Through alignment with the Consulting people strategy you will develop and deploy skills curricula that meet the needs of business.
    • Prepare training plans for the respective delivery areas and manage the execution thereof.
    • When new courses are needed, source vendors, facilitators and materials.
    • When necessary, design, develop and deliver training programs, including e-learning, virtual training, and instructor-led training, that meet the needs of our employees.

    Data Delivery Excellence Senior Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development & Sales:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the data and analytics domain.
    • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored data solutions.

    Delivery Management:

    Experience in Data Architecture:

    • Architect solutions on cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure, but AWS experience is also valuable.

    Experience in DevOps & Agile Integration:

    • Proven experience in implementing and managing data governance frameworks, particularly DAMA.
    • Extensive experience in data modeling (Kimball for structured, vectorized for unstructured, and IoT streaming data).
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS considered).
