National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Unit Administrator.
The Unit Administrator will be responsible for all patient and general administrative duties including posting, filing and data capturing.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Ensure that all patient administration is effectively completed as per company deadlines and policies.
- Ensure that all financial policies and procedures are followed in the unit i.e. confirmation, billing, private patients, stock, waste etc. on a daily basis.
- Ensure that the relevant HR and payroll processes are being followed in the unit on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all unit administration is effectively completed as per company deadlines and policies.
- Ensure efficient customer service by maintaining proactive and effective stakeholder and interdepartmental communication in order to maintain optimal standards of service delivery.
- Ensure that all staff are trained and educated regarding the Administration function in the unit and that your related knowledge is constantly updated.

The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of financial records, the processing of income and expenditure purchase of goods and services and the undertaking of a range of financial reporting administrative tasks.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Ensure receipt of n suppliers’ statement for each suppliers account.
- Prepare monthly payment reconciliations for each supplier.
- Checking the Suppliers Pricing against the PPL – informing Supplier of any incorrect Pricing
- Ensure that all required documents are attached to the Supplier Payment Recon – Signed & Stamped POD and Authorised NRC Order
- Ensure that all Queries are attended to on a monthly basis – Journals are requested to ensure the Accounts are cleared
- NRC Accruals – Compare the Supplier Statement to the Suppliers Ledger Account, list all Invoices not yet processed through the Ledger
- Supplier Contracts / Agreements – Ensure that we have an Agreement for every
- Supplier that render a Service to NRC.

The Unit Leader will be responsible for coordinating improved quality nursing care by ensuring compliance to professional and ethical practice. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that nursing care and service delivery is implemented and practiced within a multi-disciplinary quality assurance team. - Ensure efficient customer service by maintaining proactive and effective stakeholder and interdepartmental relationships and communication in order to maintain optimal standards of service delivery.
