    Control Technician

    Job Description

    • As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    • Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability; Participates in the DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level
    • Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; Owns the PM-Progressive maintenance systems and work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; owns the R&M-Repairs & Maintenance budget of the line
    • Develop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and build capability of the team to execute themselves; Build (spends at least 50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves;  be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them at the department level
    • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s; Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forums
    • Assist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; Help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant

    Finance Manager

    Job Description

    • You will be manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a country, category, Supply Chain or FP&A. You will support the Senior Manager or Director in data collection to prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check daily execution and support delivery of overall objectives and ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting. You may also have a direct report or manage third party providers resources.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    • Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will own data collection and verify data integrity

    • ensure a strong controls and compliance environment for the Gum, Candy, Meals Category, driving full compliance with our policies.
    • Manage month end reporting of category P&L’s including commentary.
    • Manage the annual budgets and actuals performing as a business partner to the local Category Marketing Team
    • Influence and perform financial modelling regarding pricing and share forecasting
    • Support and lead SKU rationalisation, sufficiency, 9 box analysis as and when regional submissions are due

    Technical Operator

    Job Description

    • You have in-depth mastery of one technical process and maintains that process using progressive maintenance standards, troubleshooting on multiple processes and issues when necessary. You also lead at least one standard work process for your team.

    How you will contribute

    • Without you, we could not deliver high-quality snacks to our customers. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.
