    Strategic Planning Analyst

    Job Responsibilities

    • Production of financial forecasts based on workload, resource requirements and overall capacity plans in support of financial and operational targets.
    • Supporting the budgeting and financial planning processes with revenue-related input.
    • Reviewing the accuracy of forecasts on an on-going basis ensuring minimum variance.
    • Monitoring and analyzing revenue trends including Cost Analysis to identify areas for financial growth and improvement.
    • Identifying and analyzing revenue leakage, forecast variances and areas of underperformance to recommend corrective actions.
    • Assist in the achievement of financial targets through staffing optimization to maximise service delivery and productivity.
    • Creating detailed reports, and presentations that outline revenue performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders regularly.
    • Presentation of organizations capacity plans, financial forecasts and analytics
    • Participating in the development and implementation of revenue management policies and procedures.
    • Supporting team members and the organization with all WFM related tasks in the absence of their leader serving as the subject matter expert.
    • Assisting in the successful implementation of WFM and its supporting process across the organization.

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of 12 months within in a Planning analyst role
    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification – English and Maths essential
    • Strong MS Excel Experience

    Mobilization Co-Ordinator - Umhlanga

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Project manage mobilization activities and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all mobilization requirements are delivered on time and to budget for clients
    • Maintain and utilize project governance to track delivery and monitor project progress making sure this is updated regularly and accurately. For example: business requirements, meeting minutes, action log, RAIDD log
    • Define project scope and determine which stakeholders need to be included in mobilization planning so that the right people are involved at the right time and avoiding scope creep
    • Determine critical path milestones to support prioritization of project activities and risk and issue resolution 
    • Govern and chair mobilization planning meetings with senior business stakeholders and operate as the lead POC for project related activities which all stakeholders feed into
    • Operate within the Change Gateway framework to ensure mobilization and change projects are raised and tracked 
    • Provide regular insight into mobilization progress, tracking all activity within set milestone plans, and accurately report progress updates internally as part of the wider Change and mobilization team
    • Work collaboratively within the mobilization, change, training and communication team to deliver change safely for our Operational teams, ensuring the operation are able to deliver their roles brilliantly 

    Job Required Requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate - Grade 12 
    • Minimum 1 year project management experience (eg. Prince/Agile/APM)

    Cleaning Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.
    • Undertake cleaning duties
    • Plan out work schedule for cleaners and update monthly shift roster
    • Inspect work done by cleaners and prepare and submit daily cleanliness report.
    • Handle complaints and feedback from clients.

    Anti Money Laundering Analyst - Umhlanga

    Job Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will

    • Perform risk assessments on identified clients

    • Act within the bounds of the required legislation, whilst ensuring that the client experience is not compromised.
    • Assist or lead investigations and file all suspicious transaction reports.

     Job Requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate - Grade 12
    • Min 1 year Contact Center Experience (Financial Services specific)  
    • Knowledge FAIS or FICA Regulation (Advantageous)
    • Diploma/Degree preferred
    • Experience in a similar role preferred
    • Completed a AML Training Course (Advantageous)
