    • 3-5 years banking experience

    Purpose

    • To provide IT expertise and advice in the design, creation, testing and documentation of new and enhanced applications and systems in accordance with agreed framework of programming standards. To produce logical and technical specifications from functional specifications and to write the code for medium to large applications.

    Experience and qualifications

    • Minimum: B.Comm, B.Eng, BSC Eng, BSC Informatics or related degree.
    • 3 – 5 years experience in programming.
    • Familiar with one or more programming languages as appropriate for the specific requirements of the department related to the field.
    • System Design experience advantageous.

    CA Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Purpose

    • To design, enhance and deliver talent acquisitionspecific activities and processes in order to deliver on unique and evolvingbusiness requirements underpinned by best practice to continuously enhanceservice delivery, by sourcing, qualifying and influencing talent for therespective graduate programmes, identifying and implementing recruitmentstrategies and mining social media, networking sites, user groups, passivecandidates and candidate databases to identify, screen and create talentcommunities and candidate pipelines for these graduate programmes.

    Experience and qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources,Social Science, Psychology, or related field required
    • Preference for a qualification in Human Resources

    Experience 

    • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2years ideally at junior specialist level
    • Experience in recruitment and management of CA graduate programmewould be advantageous
    • Project management, interviewing skills, strong administration and/ or co-ordination experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and networking skillsacross all levels
    • Attention to detail, time management, organized and methodical,excellent at planning in advance
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Knowledge of HR policies, processes and procedures
    • MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
