    EAS Technician - Commercial Midrand

    Overall Purpose of the Job:

    • Responsible for maintaining and installation of Electronic Article surveillance (EAS).

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience on EAS
    • Alarms, CCTV will be advantageous.
    • Matric or equivalent

    Job Requirements & Other Attributes:

    • Valid code 08 driver’s licence essential
    • Must be PSIRA registered (Grade C)
    • Basic electronic understanding
    • Sound knowledge of EAS (Sensormatic) equipment
    • Be able to read of plans do reticulation, cabling, termination and commissioning of electronic security equipment.
    • Do fault finding on existing equipment and be able to do servicing on said equipment.
    • Able to work standby as and when required

    Main Duties:

    • Responsible for installation and maintenance of Alarm  (Texecom), CCTV and EAS.
    • Follow and adhere to Specification sheet and identify possible shortcomings in the alarm system and if possible, fix issues immediately.
    • Hands on approach. Jump in and get issues resolved  where required on site in order to ensure the store is secured before they lock up.
    • Adherence to EHS on site.
    • Keep forms and records to document daily project activities
    • Communicate daily to  coordinator to ensure the successful completion of jobs.
    • Check stock before installing on site in order to ensure everything required is available;
    • Ensure any deviations in required materials is timeously reported to the  manager to allow time for ordering
    • Willing to travel at night and work long hours
    • Maintaining a good relationship with all Commercial staff and clients.
    • Standby and working overtime will be required.

    Direct Sales Consultant - Margate

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

    • To drive the sales to achieve the required rented and new client targets.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

    DUTIES

    • Cold calling for rented and new clients (Self and Team)

    Creditors Clerk

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum Matric Certificate
    • Working knowledge of the SAP system would an advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel is essential.
    • Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
    • Must have own transport.

    Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

    • Vendor | Statement | Invoice - Discrepancies follow up - daily
    • Filing/Sorting of invoices and recons
    • Supplier Documentation – all inclusive
    • Prepare monthly accrual journals and processing thereof.
    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly cash outflows
    • Petty cash and cash book related invoices/payments

    • Perform supplier reconciliations in preparing requisitions for payments.
    • Reconcile purchase orders to invoices.
    • Ensure invoices are accurately captured on Sap and Key fleet daily.
    • Receive and check all payment requisitions in accordance with Fidelity’s policies and procedures.
    • Load payments on the online banking system.
    • Ensure that the banking details on supplier invoices match that of the creditor being paid.
    • Respond to all queries relating to payments.
    • Perform monthly supplier reconciliations to support all payments to approved suppliers.
    • Deal with queries from creditors and staff regarding payments.
    • Load new creditors on the Sap system
    • Provide monthly creditors age analysis for review.
    • Adhoc duties as and when assigned

    Branch Administrator, Secunda

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Being a key point of contact for all departments on Branch matters.
    • Adhere to normal office administration/duties, such as answering telephone calls, e-mails, filing, etc.
