    SAP Analytics Cloud – SME

    SAP Analytics Cloud – SME Job description Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) within the Technology stream
    • Analytics capability to provide business intelligence on consumer and market trends
    • Provide advisory services knowledge in SAC integration with SAP and other non-SAP tools
    • Be at the forefront of SAC tool advances, driving their adoption as is relevant
    • Engage actively with our clients and provide advisory services to enhance the profile of SAC for the client’s strategic requirements
    • Drive the adoption of the SAC dashboarding platform for our clients and leading the development team and stakeholder Management
    • Be able to recognize new leads and create opportunities
    • Engage with the solution architect in the reviews and validation of the detailed technical design for business applications
    • Estimate technical requirements for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality
    • Work with the Contract Management and Staffing teams by providing scope for the technical requirements
    • Support and review the documentation of functional specifications

    What skills & experience are we looking for?

    • SAP BW 7.5 and HANA Data Modelling skills
    • SAP S4HANA embedded analytics knowledge
    • Ability to design, develop and deploy SAC dashboards
    • Ability to embed storytelling in easy to use and impactful SAC dashboards
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required or equivalent
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in programming, database design and/or analysis, with at least 15 years of SAP experience.
    • SAP SAC Certified
    • SAP B4HANA Certification is an added advantage
    • Effective communication, presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a global organization, under time pressure and to manage ambiguity

    SAP Plant Maintenance

    Job Description: SAP S4 Plant Maintenance (EAM) Qualified candidates will work on SAP® for Plant Maintenance implementation and support projects.  This position’s primary function is to provide applications and solutions consulting to the customer and project team by understanding, analysing and translating those requirements to enhance, support and facilitate effective solutions through either configuration or team development.  Typical implementation project scope includes; preventative & planned maintenance solutions, corrective maintenance solutions, repair and refurbishment solutions, resource management solutions, master data management scope and content. Seeking highly motivated professionals with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience with the PM Applications by SAP to work as a Senior SAP PM Consultant/Manager. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide clients with full life-cycle project implementation consulting expertise including assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing and go-live stabilisation.
    • Prepare and facilitate assessment/blueprint workshops to analyse clients’ business requirements. Consultant must be able to explain business reasons for utilising functionalities and transform them into business SAP best business practice.
    • Write detailed functional mapping to SAP applications, functional gap analysis, detailed blueprint design and process documentation and detailed functional specifications for any custom development. This includes integration points with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), CO (Controlling), PM (Plant Maintenance) and PS (Project Systems), etc.
    • Prepare summary level presentations and facilitate future state system design and process workshops to obtain client acceptance.
    • Perform and/or oversee; configuration of SAP applications, creation of positive/negative unit test scripts, and execution of unit tests.
    • Train client staff on design, application functions and configuration.
    • Create and/or support creation of integration/user acceptance test scenarios and scripts as well as facilitate and provide direct support for user testing.
    • Create and/or support creation of cutover plan and scripts as well as facilitate and provide direct support for production migration and go-live stabilisation.
    • Provide status updates on assigned work to management and, when required, act as a project manager on small to medium-sized projects.
    • Mentor and/or oversee other consultants assigned to the project.
    • Perform in cross-functional team environments where strong interpersonal communication skills are essential. In certain situations teams may be geographically diverse or involve other implementation consulting partners.
    • Assume primary internal responsibility for the successful implementation under hard and fast deadlines.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or applicable work experience would be advantageous.
    • SAP implementation experience required.  Project references must be verifiable.
    • Lead consultant role for at least five (5) full life-cycle implementation including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support.
    • SAP S/4 relevant experience (not just ECC).

      Business Knowledge:

    • Must have experience in working in a Plant Maintenance environment.
    • Business knowledge and process design skills.
    • Good familiarity with business processes relating to mining / automotive/ oil industry.

    IT Knowledge:

    • Configuration and customising as per the best practice of SAP Plant Maintenance, with SAP S/4 experience essential.
    • Must be familiar with Fiori and it’s use in the PM context.
    • Configuration entire logistic master data: PM Materials, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, PM Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans.
    • Configuration of Breakdown Process, Corrective Maintenance Process, Performance Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Time Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process, External Service Management Process, Calibration Process.
    • Should have knowledge of RICEFW - working knowledge on creation and the use of uploading tools like LSMW's.
    • Business Process Integration with MM, CO, FI & QM modules.
    • Interfacing with SAP third party systems i.e. Prometheus, Primavera and a knowledge of IDOCS.
    • Baseline understanding of full SAP ERP and related SAP software.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD S/4 HANA.
    • Migrate from SAP ECC to S/4Hana.
    • Conduct workshops to collect business requirements and solution walkthrough.
    • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

    • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
