    Job description

    • Provide input and support with the implementation of the Group Compliance Review strategies and agenda;
    • Assist the Head, Compliance Review, Africa to deliver the annual planned Compliance Reviews effectively and in a timely manner;
    • Assist the Head, Compliance Review, Africa to effectively execute the planned Compliance Reviews in accordance with the Group Compliance Review standards - such as issuance of terms of reference and drafting of findings and reports;
    • Ensuring that all identified issues resulting the Compliance Reviews are duly tracked, monitored and remediated without unnecessary delays

    Job description

    Project Coordinator / PMO (Contract) will run, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the projects

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Improve alignment, influence and collaboration with local and international stakeholders by evidencing value added in relationships.
    • Consolidation & review SOUTH AND SOUTHERN AFRICA countries regulatory requirements on regular basis ensuring requests for change are been tracked for resolution with Group.
    • Work closely with Group technology to prioritize and implement Projects / Change Requests
    • Contribute to and review business requirement, solution, functional/system interface requirements;
    • Drive required process changes in line with projects requirements in collaboration with operation teams
    • Drive SIT/UAT with respective Technology Delivery Managers, test teams and business users.
    • Manage post go-live issue resolution
    • Ensure all project documents are stored in SharePoint repository.
    • Ensure all project adhere to Bank's project management standard from a quality and control perspective.
    • Engage in Project Management by taking up 1 project to run end to end with assistance
    • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
    • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
    • Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
    • Use project management tools - Clarity, to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and report

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Exposure to Project Management Tool - Clarity preferred
    • Excellent minute taking
    • Must be able to run with and ensure that project packs are done by way of example
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Administrator /Coordinator preferably in the banking industry
    • Project Management qualification or certification preferred
