    Marketing Director - Bryanston Office

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Align Kimberly-Clark SSA strategic deployment with Global and Regional vision.
    • Spearhead profitable expansion of Personal Care across markets.
    • Execute Brand Operating Plans, achieving annual business targets.
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen market position and profit potential.
    • Partner with Regional Sector Leaders for capability build and support programs.
    • Lead talent management development plans across sectors.
    • Embed Kimberly-Clark Ways of working, including the Kimberly-Clark Way of Brand Building.
    • Drive digital transformation for consumer communications.
    • Represent Marketing in the SA Leadership Team.
    • Lead marketing team to deliver results and achieve full potential.

    About You:

    • You're driven to perform at the highest level with a passion for making a difference.
    • As a graduate with a degree in marketing or a related area, you bring at least five years of continuous work experience.
    • You appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring and value sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.

    Essential Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

    • Tertiary qualification (commercial base essential) and a minimum of 7 years at a Senior Management level.
    • Minimum of 2 years of Senior Sales Management experience leading and managing a sales team.
    • Proven track record of delivering Marketing and Sales results through others.

    Brand Manager, Kotex

    Your Role:

    • Brand Strategy: Contribute to brand strategy reviews in collaboration with the EMEA team.
    • Planning Excellence: Develop annual brand plans aligned with category, brand, consumer, and customer priorities.
    • Integrated Marketing: Lead the development of Integrated Marketing Plans (IMP) for effective campaigns.
    • Creative Collaboration: Support the creative process for "Above the line" communication.
    • Digital Impact: Collaborate on digital campaigns, ensuring key performance indicators are achieved.
    • Shopper Marketing: Partner with Shopper Marketing & Category teams for impactful "Below the line" activities.
    • Insight Integration: Develop consumer & shopper insights, incorporating opportunities into strategies.
    • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and evaluate brand and trade initiatives to ensure business results.
    • Product Innovation: Lead new product development & introduction (NPI) projects from concept to launch.
    • Effective Communication: Ensure clear communication during projects.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage relationships for successful cross-functional collaboration.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Evaluate data, marketing, and competitor information for informed decision-making.

    About You:

    • 1-3 years of marketing experience (preferably in FMCG), and a passion for delivering business results.
