    Snr Corporate Talent Partner

    What you'll be doing

    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job briefs and sourcing, right through to offer management and candidate closing.
    • Take ownership of multiple requisitions, ensuring each role is filled with top talent quickly and effectively.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across various corporate functions, acting as a trusted partner in their hiring strategies.
    • Conduct detailed and insightful candidate assessments, ensuring we identify professionals who are the right fit and meet business needs.
    • Deliver a high-touch, seamless candidate experience, keeping satisfaction high for both candidates and stakeholders.
    • Stay ahead of the curve with innovative sourcing techniques, mapping out talent pools and ensuring a proactive approach to recruitment.
    • Collaborate with the wider talent acquisition team to share insights, learnings, and best practices.

    What we’re looking for

    • 6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to a broad range of corporate functions.
    • A proven track record in managing global recruitment processes, with a focus on building talent pipelines across multiple regions.
    • Excellent relationship management skills, with experience partnering with senior stakeholders across various business units.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
    • Strong experience in sourcing and engaging mid to senior level talent, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, advertising roles, sourcing, screening, and managing offer negotiations.
    • Work closely with stakeholders, building relationships that support seamless collaboration throughout the hiring process.
    • Source and engage with tech talent across global markets, using innovative AI tools and platforms.
    • Conduct candidate assessments at screening or first interview stages.
    • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process.

    What we're looking for:

    • 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, ideally tech engineering experience. 
    • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
    • International recruitment experience, with exposure to different countries and regions, would be a plus.
    • A passion for technology and staying on top of recruitment innovations.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.

    • In-depth experience with talent mapping, sourcing, and candidate engagement, with the ability to generate detailed market insights and talent reports.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and insights.
    • International recruitment experience and exposure to global markets, giving you a broad understanding of leadership hiring across different regions.
    • A proactive and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Agency, executive search or in-house experience preferred, bringing a well-rounded understanding of different recruitment models.
