    Senior Service Administrator Global Grade 07

    Key Output

    • Perform related administrative tasks and process steps including record keeping, filing, and data capturing.
    • Open work orders and order parts. Close work order on job completion.
    • Effectively manage work in progress
    • Accurately capture labour hours worked by the service employees
    • Process parts orders for service department
    • Generate purchase orders for internal and external suppliers

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    • Grade 12/ Matric
    • 1-2 years relevant costing work experience,

    Learning Specialist Sales and Business Development Global Grade 12

    Key Outputs

    To enable the development of the Sales force by ensuring a pipeline of skilled employees in support of the Barloworld Equipment Sales and Business Development strategy.

    Strategy and Planning

    • Contribute to the design, development and execution of the Sales and Business Development strategy for Barloworld Equipment Learning Academy.
    • Revenue target setting, control, and reporting using basic statistics and data analyses
    • Driving Sales in line with revenue targets
    • Programme costing in line with revenue targets
    • Gather and analyze data for the development of customized learning solutions and design revenue driving programmes in line with the strategy
    • Promote the Academy training programmes and related services to internal and externa Barloworld Equipment customers
    • Deliver large scale internal and external customer projects
    • Compile stakeholder engagement plans inclusive of customer administration, coordination, change management and communication
    • Draft and track business plan in area of responsibility
    • Market and sell customized learning programmes offered by the Learning Academy to selected targeted audiences (internal and external)
    • Compile a project plans for each learning programme / customer and manage projects with the customer and internal stakeholders – i.e., manage the project from conceptualization to close-out and reporting phase.
    • Analyze the Learning Academy income statement and produce reports
    • Monitor and track weekly and monthly sales projections and actions plans to achieve targets
    • Research and implement leading practice programmes that are cost-effective and efficient.

    Programme Delivery

    • Manage/Oversee all the resources required to implement projects effectively including but not limited to:
    • Training delivery – prepare training frameworks using best practice methodologies, deliver training in area of responsibility, manage training delivery consultants,
    • Scheduling – liaise with the Learning Admin team to finalise scheduling of projects
    • Logistics – ensure that the venues and facilitators have been secured in conjunction with the admin team
    • Programme design in line with the Academy demand plan
    • Programme delivery - contract the facilitators and obtain the training materials to deliver the training in conjunction with the Academy
    • Reporting – agree and provide the relevant reporting for each project internally and externally
    • Conduct process improvement initiatives
    • Develop/maintain course content and related course marketing material inputs (catalogues/invites/etc.)
    • Programme manage the Sales Pipeline Programme
    • Provide continuous customer support to ensure the successful implementation of learning projects.

    Stakeholder Relations

    • Compile and maintain the Academy’s Stakeholder Management
    • Compile and continually update marketing materials used for selling learning solutions to customers.
    • Present learning solution options to customers.
    • Report to customers and ensure certification of learners is completed
    • Build and maintain positive and effective working relationships internally (with business/functional leaders - be a trusted advisor) and externally

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    Minimum Qualification:

    • A tertiary post-graduate qualification in human sciences, business administration, or commercial at NQF Level 7 (Social Science / Marketing / Commerce)

    • At least three years’ experience in managing similar skills development programmes.
