    Senior Customer Relations Officer

    PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:

    The Senior Customer Relations Officer is responsible implementing and administering the activities of the Career Centre and executing the customer experience programme on the campus, ensuring enhanced student engagement, experiences, and employability, while also co-ordinating feedback mechanisms and driving continuous improvement in student satisfaction and outcomes.

    • Student Engagement (Customer Nurturing) 
    • Student Relationship support 
    • Student Feedback and Complaint handling 
    • Student Communication and Updates 
    • Student Experience (Customer Nurturing) 
    • Student Onboarding and Orientation 
    • Customer Contact and Touchpoint co-ordination
    • Student Employability (Customer Nurturing) 
    • On Campus Employment Preparedness Facilitation
    • Facilitation Industry Collaboration and Partnerships 
    • Continuous Skills Development 

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Relevant qualification (e.g.  Diploma /Certificate/ Degree in Business admin or related field).

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, customer service, recruitment and placement or a related role, preferably in an educational setting.
    • Proven track record of managing and administering customer success/service/engagement programmes.

    SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Conceptual thinking.
    • Well-developed negotiation skills.
    • Presentation skills.
    • Good relationship building skills.

    Driver

    Duties:

    • Responsible for performing various tasks as required of a Driver.
    • Responsible for performing miscellaneous tasks as and when required.
    • General cleaning, housekeeping and basic maintenance of vehicles.
    • To clean bus, fill up bus and do daily checklist requirements.

    Competencies required:

    • Excellent eye sight;
    • Punctual at all times;
    • Must be helpful, energetic, responsible and reliable;
    • Must be prepared to work overtime;
    • Able to communicate with students and staff;
    • Enthusiastic and trustworthy;
    • Able to work in a team.

    Qualifications: 

    • Minimum requirements are a Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Valid Driver’s Licence (Code EB) and valid PDP.
    • Must be fluent in English.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the same or similar type of position in a similar environment.
