    Qualifications / certifications required:

    • Accredited degree; and

    Experience required:

    • Completed traineeship.

    Responsibilities of role:

    • Perform the role of Senior on internal audit and other projects by performing work on key areas and assist in planning, managing, supervising, coaching and reviewing of work.
    • Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.
    • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
    • Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
    • Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
    • Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.

    Audit Senior Manager

    • At least 5 years post articles experience

    • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Associate Directors and above;
    • Be involved in the financial management of clients;
    • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients;

    • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects;
    • Train, coach, and supervise staff;
    • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues;

    Skill sets required:

    • Specialist industry knowledge, IFRS experience;
    • PwC audit methodology;

    • Computer literate with all PwC software;
    • Ability to market our services and to establish contacts in the market place;
    • Self – motivated;
