    Human Resources Business Partner: Level 1 Global Grade 11

    Key Outputs

    •  Proactively identify and drive wellness and safety initiatives to improve awareness, wellbeing, and work life balance for all employees.
    •  Translates HR strategy into a clear people agenda for the region / area of responsibility within the direction set the business and HR.
    •  Ensures region / area has appropriate people plans, capability and resources to deliver the plans.
    •  Selling HR projects and initiatives to internal clients and getting their buy in.
    •  Supports business leaders on all aspects of their people agenda providing active leadership, in partnership with leadership team, on HR issues such as workforce planning, talent management, reward and recognition, employee relations, performance management, organisation development / change management, team forums transformation, culture, leadership, learning and development
    •  Responsible for the delivery of all end to end HR processes including ER ensuring continuous performance, efficiency, process improvement and compliance.
    •  Keeping HR processes in full compliance with legal and regulatory (internal and external) framework.
    •  Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implement changes necessary to cover people related business risks.
    •  Communicate organisational culture, policies, procedures, standards, and systems to employees.

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    •  B-degree / B-Tech in Psychology and / or Human Resources or equivalent.
    •  3 – 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist role.
    •  Sound working knowledge of labour legislation and internal policies and procedures.
    •  Demonstrated ability to coach and develop strong, positive working relationships with organisational leaders.
    •  Experience in interpreting and advising on complex employee relations matters, particularly performance management.
    •  Ability to manage conflicting priorities, deal with a sense of urgency and develop pragmatic solutions.
    •  A strong commitment to service delivery within a HR setting.
    •  A commitment and genuine desire to build and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
    •  Knowledge of current employee relations legislation and contemporary human resources practices.
    •  Experience in the management of projects and drive human resource initiatives.
    •  Experience in managing organisational change initiatives.

    Condition Monitor Global Grade 09

    Key Output

    •  Install and drive a culture of Zero Harm aligning to the Site's standards,
    •  BWE standards and our Principals (CAT).
    •  Implement and execute the onsite Condition Monitoring strategy.
    •  Responsible for implementing formalised Condition Monitoring practices and procedures
    •  Conduct frequent Condition Monitoring assessments to ensure compliance to practises and procedures.
    •  Implement corrective steps if needed and follow up to ensure compliance.
    •  Lead and oversee on site defect detection and root cause analysis.
    •  Recommend corrective actions for implementation based on planned, before failure principles.
    •  Monitor corrective action implementation based on defect detection and root cause analysis recommendations.
    •  Drive recommended actions, deriving from root cause analysis.
    •  Manage and oversee the Application severity assessments (incl operator abuse) and reporting to the Technical Support Manager.

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    •  B. Engineering (Mechanical Engineer) or Grade 12 with formal artisan qualification.
    •  Sound machine and component operational knowledge.
    •  Minimum Required Experience 5 years of previous Machine analytical and troubleshooting experience.
    •  Solid understanding of oil analysis interpretation.
    •  Basic understanding of technology enabled solution
    •  Track record of successful machine systems troubleshooting including oil sample results interpretation and machine health systems (VIMS, Site Severity, ET, FPO)
    •  Sound Equipment Management Skills
    •  Good working knowledge of the Minerals Act (with sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations)
    •  Sound MS Office knowledge with emphasis on Excel
    •  Good understanding of CAT Warrant and Problem-Solving Skills
    •  Analytical thinking and judgement

    Service Supervisor Administrator Global Grade 09

    Key Output

    •  Manage tools in the Tool store and Service department
    •  Manage all consumables (DtD consumables, PPE) for service
    •  Schedule calibrations, verifications and compliance testing.
    •  Create PR’s for service Department (create PRs and Migo goods received)
    •  Good receive all assets and physical equipment that will be use over a period
    •  Verify asset against procurement documents
    •  Tag the equipment and add it to Assettagz (Barcode, Chip, Lazer, edging) and load info on to Assettagz program
    •  Issue all assets (equipment) to relevant employees from out Assettagz
    •  Carry out regular asset verifications audits throughout the company and ensure it is all physical identifiable (barcode, Chip, Lazer edging) – at least once every year on all assets
    •  Dispose of un-operatable equipment according to the disposal process
    •  Ensure all equipment comply to regulatory standards (Calibration, Load testing, and operational requirement verification)
    •  Maintain compliance to ISO 9001 quality standards
    •  Compile regular asset reports
    •  Perform regular safety checks (Safety Rep)
    •  Transfer knowledge to colleagues
    •  Comply to company and customer safe work practices
    •  Maintain professional image when representing BWE on customer site

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    •  Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset controlling and management.
    •  Exposure and knowledge on asset management
    •  Exposure and knowledge with tooling within the service operation
    •  Some supervisory/Managerial experience will be an advantage.
    •  Good knowledge, understanding and exposure of ISO 9001 quality system.
    •  Maintain and update quality system documentation.
    •  Understanding of asset management programs, Familiar with BWE procurement process
    •  Good understanding and exposure of the Contamination Control System within a service environment.
    •  Good communication skills to provide training on asset management.
    •  Good report writing skills.
    •  Good computer literacy (Microsoft office package) and (SIS, STW, & ET) knowledge. Asset Management system
