    Business Restructuring Services

    A typical assignment may include some or all of the following

    • Independent business review of current financial position, key drivers of value and key risks of businesses across a range of sectors and geographies to identify the right capital structure solution. 
    • Review (often in a short space of time) of businesses for long term viability, valuation and assessment of options (including contingency planning) 
    • Review and understanding of the priority of various classes of creditor.
    • Managing and monitoring the cash flows of a business.
    • Work with multiple senior stakeholders to negotiate, agree and implement solutions.
    • Work alongside management to implement cost saving and working capital improvement plans. 
    • Work alongside other PwC teams, including specialist lines of service and sector experts.
    • Preparation of presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders (e.g. lenders, private equity sponsors, management).
    • Undertake executory appointments

    Minimum Qualifications

    • CA(SA) / CFA/CIMA/LLB or relevant degree

    • Sound financial analytical skills.

    • Understanding of key restructuring and insolvency principles.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels (internal and external).

    ITSM Service Design Manager

    As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

    The IT Service Management (ITSM) Process Manager manages the analysis, planning, organizing and implementation of ITIL related processes; works with internal and LoS stakeholders in integrating ITSM methods and practices throughout the organisation; researches and promotes best practices regarding process and reports the progress and impact of efforts to leadership.

    •  Provides day to day operational support for one or more processes within the ITIL lifecycle
    •  Will oversee process discipline and continuous improvement across the ITSM function
    •  Work within a wider ITSM team to implement process improvements in an effective manner
    •  Provide guidance and coaching to staff across Africa to onboard staff onto ITSM related activities
    •  Make timely decisions based on operational performance and benchmark data to ensure objectives are consistently achieved
    •  Understand and maintain policy, procedures, and metrics associated with ITSM related processes
    •  Run related process forums with stakeholders both internal and external to OneTechnology

    •  Min 5 years IT Experience, of which 3 years in a ITSM management related role
    •  Preferred 2 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
    •  Show leadership qualities and perform the role of process manager within area of responsibility
    •  Must be considered a Subject Matter Expert in his field
    •  Perform coaching and development function for other members within team
    •  Solve complex problems with effective decision making

    Solutions Architect

    As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
    • Be involved in the financial management of clients
    • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
    • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
    • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
    • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
    • Train, coach, and supervise team members
    • Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
    • Will work with the Experience Design and Service Delivery teams
    • Will be required to manage junior business analysts to upskill them towards an architecture orientation
    • Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure solution designs are developed and implemented for clients
    • Will be expected to support project implementations from an architectural oversight and quality perspective

    Preferred skills

    • Excellent knowledge and ability in using bespoke software for architectural designs
    • Strong depth in all the Salesforce-related technology skillset areas, including the ability to lead stakeholders across the organisation at all levels to consensus in asserting an architecture which aligns the business objectives with client strategy
    • Deep knowledge of IT architecture as a discipline with SaaS Cloud Architecture as a delivery and development-enabling capability stack
    • Knowledge of customer-centric principles
    • Ability to interpret business process maps and customer journey maps
    • Ability to capture, interpret and understand user and business requirements
    • Able to apply original, creative, abstract verbalisation and conceptualisation in problem-solving scenarios or explanation of ideas
    • Problem solving capability (i.e. Design Thinking)
    • Fluency in generating numerous potential concepts through ideation
    • Ability to transform written information into cohesive, alternative forms of visual and oral media
    • Good English grammar
    • Deep project management understanding, with Agile methodologies highly advantageous
    • Strong business and technical acumen

    Minimum years experience required

    • 5+ years’ working experience with Salesforce as a solutions architect or similar role in an IT environment
    • Experience in an environment requiring business acumen will be strongly advantageous
