    Sales Representative: New Vehicles

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • To ensure that the Brand and Dealership is actively marketed and promoted in the target market.
    • To penetrate the vehicle market in a well organised, trained and professional manner.
    • To maximize sales by identifying new customers and to maintain current customers.
    • To benchmark customer satisfaction and standards of the dealership and OEM are maintained.
    • Achieve and exceed targeted unit sales and first gross profit.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Grade 12.
    • 3 years automotive sales experience – preferred with proven track record.
    • Valid and unendorsed drivers license.
    • Relevant OEM Sales certification will be an advantage.
    • Proven track record of an average CSI rating above national.

    Procurement Clerk

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Obtaining quotations (hardware \ software \ office supplies) from approved vendors
    • Managing procurement-related calls and ensuring they are resolved within the agreed SLA
    • Price validation on all hardware and software quotations
    • Obtaining sign-off of quotations from branch manager / approved requesters
    • Generating purchase orders for approved quotations
    • Obtaining sign-off of raised purchase orders and forward to approved vendors

    • Assist in correlating stationery requirements and office refreshments

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Experience 2+ years in the Motor Industry trade
    • Matric essential – National Diploma or relevant certificate will be an added advantage

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Process

    • Accurately and timeously analyse, evaluate and validate warranty claims according to policy and guidelines.
