    Multi Skilled Employee (Garden Route)

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • The incumbent will be responsible to work as Cashier at Box Office Sales/Catering Sales or Collections, Cinema Assistant, Waiter, Poppers or any other cinema function as requested by a supervisor

    Multi Skilled Employee Job Duties:

    • Maintain up to date knowledge of products offered by Ster-Kinekor as well as promotional/marketing activities to enable to upsell to our guests
    • Ensure presentation standards are adhered to (age restrictions displayed, synopsis file updated, posters are neat and updated, F&B and Products displays, disclaimers updated and visible)
    • Prepare Popcorn, Slush, etc., according to quality standards set and inform on all deviations on quality standards
    • Assist in shift preparation in area where required
    • Manage the quality and integrity of Ster-Kinekor products to ensure that guest experiences is not compromised
    • Must be presentable eat all times
    • Conduct yourself as a respectable SKT employee at all times as your actions reflect back on the reputation of the company
    • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, all kitchen equipment and surrounding areas, including counter areas
    • Ensure that storerooms are within standards set, and fumigation takes place when required
    • Ensure prepared products are properly sealed, packaged and stored
    • Ensure that all H&S reports are submitted according to the required schedules
    • Ensure that the correct uniform and preparation standards are adhered to at all times to ensue your safety and that of others around you

    Qualifications:

    • Matric

    Experience and Knowledge of:

    • 0 – 1 years’ work experience in a similar role
    • MS Office Suite (Basic)
    • VISTA advantageous

    Senior Graphic Designer - Sandton

    Snr Graphic Designer Job Duties:

    • Manage the company’s brands and sub brands (Nouveau and Prestige) and maintain consistency of the brand across all design collateral.
    • Include: Mailers, Plasmas, Promo Blocks, Display Ads, Pull Up Banners, Flyers, Electronic Mailers & Invites, Posters, Notification boards, Seat Plans, Over strips & Web posters
    • Automation of newspaper layouts Prepare bad debt and exchange rate exposure write off documentation
    • Creation of campaign designs from concept to finished art on time
    • Assist in ensuring that campaign artwork is delivered across various marketing platforms on time as per agreed briefs.     • Maintain the consistency of campaigns across various marketing platforms
    • Manage brand campaign artwork. (Girlfriends' Getaway, Prestige, Cinema Nouveau, SK Clubs, Bollywood)
    • Deliver savings to the marketing budget by ensuring as much design work as possible is kept in house
    • Identify and present opportunities to add value to partners and build relationships with strategic partners such as Discovery, Movie Club and Edgars
    • Manage the partners internal representative relationship such as Discovery, Movie Club, Edgars, HR and Operations
    • Ensure that interactions with all stakeholders are professional, appropriate, in line with our values, and take into consideration the business needs at any given point

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Graphic Design

    Experience and Knowledge of:

    • 3-5 years working experience in graphic design

    Digital And Social Media Specialist - Sandton

    Digital Specialist & Social Media Specialist Job Duties:

    • Assist with digital asset requirements from studio and disemminating assets the broader team to ensure the organisations website and App has the correct assets loaded.
    • Assist the broader marketing team with required communications and advise on digital marketing options.
    • Assist with gathering stats and information for monthly and MANCO reports.
    • Manage the company’s website and App content ensuring marketing assets are loaded timeously and updated.
    • Manage all studio assets and marketing assets ensuring marketing assets are available for paid and organic campaigns.

    • Managing social media ad performance and monitoring web traffic.
    • Identify new opportunities to generate leads and boost conversions.
    • Producing and monitoring the external and internal advertising schedules.
    • Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring activities of competitor websites.
    • Conceptualise and assist with internal online media campaigns.
    • Conceptualise and assist with the organization’s external online media campaigns including influencer campaigns.
    • Ensure Performance agreement is signed off with the –Brand Marketing Manager

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication

    Experience and Knowledge of:

    • 3-5 years working experience as an Account Executive at an Agency or digital content coordinator
    • Experience in social media content management and influencer marketing campaigns
    • Knowledge on drafting briefs
