    Driver/Cleaner | Europcar | Port Elizabeth Depot

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Job Outputs:

    • Cleaning of vehicle interior and exterior to our high standards.
    • Vehicle quality control, including identification and reporting of expired license vehicles and any 
    • other issue that does not conform to our quality standards.
    • Refueling vehicles, checking tyre pressure and oil/water/other fluids after every rental.
    • Delivering vehicles to customers in accordance with our procedures.

    Controller: Vehicle Stock

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • To ensure the accurate and timeous (daily) capture of purchase
    • Verify creditor invoice
    • Basic Admin
    • Bringing cars into stock
    • Invoicing vehicles out
    • Raise / Create Cheque requisition
    • Issuing of orders
    • Monthly reporting on outstanding orders

    Administrator: Service Advisor

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • To coordinate the workflow in the service department, between service advisors, foreman and customers.
    • Update service customer on all service bookings

    Key Role Responsibilities:

    • Deliver bottom line results while ensuring compliance to company policies and corporate governance.
    • Ensure all departments achieve profit margins agreed to in their objectives/ budgets.

    Brand Management:

    • Assist with implementation and co-ordination of the marketing strategy in all respects.
