    Audit and Assurance: Audit Delivery Center Team Lead

    Responsibilities include:

    • Managing and optimising your team’s workflow and utilisation to ensure the allocation, completion and delivery of audit package work is to a high standard and quality within an appropriate time frame.

    SAP Technical Developer Manager - ATS - Internal client Services

    Job Description
    Main Purpose of Job

    • To manage the technical and authorisations team within the ERP SAP landscape.
    • To deliver on Integration projects and provide subject matter expertise in Enterprise Architecture forums and Firm wide solutions that require integration with SAP solutions
    • To provide specialist technical support for the SAP Products and ensure that there are no technical issues with the ERP Solutions.

    Employee Relations

    • Provides specialist advice on misconduct & incapacity cases as well as grievances/dispute resolution – under supervision of management
    • Facilitates consistent application and interpretation of policies and procedures relating to employee relations;
    • Advise on disciplinary hearings case preparation and management – under supervision of management.

    Advisory and specialist knowledge

    • Knowledge & understanding of human resources business processes
    • Knowledge & understanding of CoE & policies & procedures (employment obligations and requirements)
    • Managing of employment agreements contents aligned with law
    • Managing risk & changes to contracts and termination, work permits, independence
    • Act as subject matter expert relating to labour law as it relates to employment and other contractual relationships
    • Staying up to date with legislative & case law developments in area of expertise

    • Monitoring skills level in team relating to required outputs, assisting as necessary

    • Builds professional relationships within Service line/s to understand business needs in area/s of responsibility
    • Generates and implements innovative ideas and solutions within area of responsibility in collaboration with team members to enhance / renew service offerings.

    • Provides client/s with sound professional advice and support on issues arising within area of expertise without reference to superior supervised
    • Applies solutions to technical issues that arise within area of expertise, with input from management
    • Communicates regularly with both line manager and client to meet deliverable expectations in specific area of expertise

    • Proactively identifies technical problems that arise that may affect delivery and propose resolutions to address these
    • Independently delivers on designated tasks within area of expertise
    • Provides line manager with detailed reporting on status of deliverables on a regular basis
    • Manages risk in area of engagement in alignment with Deloitte policies and processes
    • Reviews own work prior to submission to ensure quality and provide guidance to junior team members on quality standards

    • Shares expertise and knowledge with team members
    • Offers support and guidance to junior team members
    • Actively works to address development areas identified

    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Relevant legal qualification, preferably an LLB

    Minimum Experience

    • 5 years working experience at Consultant level within the function
