    Sales Representative: Emerging Markets - Clayville

    • Clover is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our Sales Emerging Markets department to maximise sales of Clover and Principal products in smaller outlests. The areas to be serviced by the succeful candite is Secunda and Bethal.

    Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
    • National Diploma
    • Business English: Fluent
    • Code 10 motor vehicle license - Driving assesment will be conducted.

    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

    • Receive, check and dispatching of stock

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Stock        
    • Ensure that stock is loaded correctly        
    • Ensure security of load        
    • Ensure proper housekeeping        

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 or relevant qualification
    • 1 Yr Relevant experience

    • Night Shift/Weekend/Public Holidays
    • Working in extreme conditions

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

     

    • Receive, check and dispatching of stock

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Stock        

    • Ensure stock loaded according to delivery sequence/ planning.
    • Stock checks and process of claims.
    • Check picked stock
    • Report any discrepancies to Team Leader 
    • Make sure all pallets are wrapped before being loaded.

    Ensure that stock is loaded correctly        

    • Ensure that the forklift drivers load the correct stock onto the correct truck        
    • Ensure that loaded stock is anchored correctly to prevent damages        
    • Follow correct loading procedure with loading of stock
    • Inspect the quality of load bars inside the trailer before loading. 
    • Ensure pallets are marked clearly.       

    Ensure security of load        

    • Ensure doors of truck are closed properly after loading
    • Inspect the quality of load bars inside the trailer before loading.
    • Ensure that the is sealed and the seal number as being recorded in the seal register.
    • Make all sure the correct documents have been signed by the driver.   

    Other:

    • Stand in for Team leader in his absence.
    • Shift management

    Ensure proper housekeeping        

    • Keep the work area/allocated area clean and safe
    • Report any unsafe conditions
