    Biokineticist (Sales Consultant) - KwaZulu Natal, South Africa

    • The Biokineticist (Sales Consultant) is responsible for driving commercial growth on Long Term Care and Home Care solutions, patient handling, early mobilization and services in the KwaZulu Natal region.

    As the Biokineticist (Sales Consultant) you will be responsible for:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
    • Consistently developing new partnerships in broadening theLong Term Care and Home Care solutions, patient handling and early mobilization footprint 
    • Achieving sales
    • Analyzing needs for quality improvement plans
    • In-service training on all products sold
    • Providing customers with solutions to manage risks associated with immobility
    • Travel within the KwaZulu Natal region to service customers

    Administrative Duties:

    • Recording sales and pipeline information via weekly and quarterly territory analysis
    • Maintaining and communicating weekly planners and daily activities Forecasting of sales

    Qualifications:

    • Tertiary qualification - diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Biokineticist would be highly desirable

    Bench Technician - Pretoria, South Africa

    As the Bench Technician you will be responsible for:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Service & repair IPC & PAC equipment to full working capacity.
    • Schedule and attend onsite customer services and repairs
    • Fill in and complete job cards for any service repairs, warranties completed
    • Prepare and regularly track service intervals for IPC  & PAC systems  
    • Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timeous manner.
    • Plan trips to outline areas to service equipment and attend to service related queries.
    • Maintain high levels of service and technical support to all customers
    • Fill out service certifications for equipment serviced
    • Ensure software calibrations are updated with latest  versions 
    • Maintain adequate stock control management for planned repairs and services.
    • Complete warranty repairs and provide inspection reports to QRC
    • Complete field actions or as required by the quality team
    • Maintain and follow up on warranty processors and procedures for all intended repairs.
    • Assist with queries at hospitals and customer sites.
    • Maintain good customer relationships
    • Complete daily activity &  reports on a daily basis or as required by supervisor 
    • Maintain company vehicle in good condition.
    • Keep records on vehicle mileage and route planners
    • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards on all Arjo products.

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
    • Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
    • Strong electronic & technical mindset.
    • Basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Outlook.
    • Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB)
    • Minimum experience in driving company vehicle of at least 2 years.
    • Ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Understanding of Arjo products will be an advantage
    • Attention to detail.
    • Customer Service Orientated.
    • Organized.  
    • Must be available to work after hours on adhoc basis.
    • Must be available to travel nationally when needed or required.

    Service Technician - Pretoria, South Africa

    As the Service Technician you will be responsible for:

     Duties:

    • Service & repair systems to full working capacity.
    • Maintain and follow warranty processors and procedures for all intended repairs.
    • Assist with service related queries at hospitals or customer sites.
    • Completion of paper work submissions and daily activity reports.
    • Fill in and complete job cards for any service repairs, warranties or labour completed
    • Communicate weekly visits and schedules to Hospitals
    • Maintain & build good customer relationships
    • Build relationships with service consultants for support on service activities.
    • Assist with IPC and PAC system repairs if needed.
    • Plan country trips to outline areas and regions to complete equipment inspections, services & repairs 
    • Assess, repair, service & provide reports over a wide range of equipment
    • Fill out quotations for replacement parts and keep a track record 
    • Adhere to safety and quality standards on all Arjo products.
    • Perform annual maintenance services on demo equipment
    • Update & capture assessment and manage service records
    • Complete quality field actions and provide reports
    • Adequate stock control on service parts.
    • Maintain company vehicle in good condition.
    • Manage tools and testing equipment
    • Maintain vehicle mileage log book.

    The experience, qualification and skills you will need:

    • Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Technical and mechanical mind-set.
